My 1986 Kawasaki 454 LTD workshop manual says to torque the oil filter to 12-ft lbs.

Do you know what the tubbing thats hanging down in front of the filter?

It seems like they're talking about the same hose, I know it comes out of the top of the radiator. What do you think?

3.5q there is a stamp on the case that shows amount required. Also same motor as the early Nija 500s.
