Surprised you didn't notice how old this video was. We're talking 2017, 5 years ago, they were 17, 15, and 12 or thereabouts. Probably written a year earlier. And like every song from that first album they have held up very well over time. I expect to hear a couple from that first album when I see them live later this month and only a couple because their catalog is so expansive.
The music video won an award ,and with the thought provoking lyrics and a well composed driving rock song is very impressive considering they were still independent at the time .
I enjoyed your reaction. You are not the first reactor to mention that The Warning's straightforward, "simple" approach to music, while making it catchy and having a message, is a talent. That approach to music is what appeals to me about The Warning.
This is actually quite awhile ago and I think that makes it even more impressive. This isn't as polished as Mayday, but raw talent has it's own charm. And...this is excellent songwriting. Not just for their age here, but better than most of the bands out there. Yeah it's one of my favorites from them, sue me. Great reaction!
Riff-driven hard rock and meaningful lyrics are what I love so much about this band. Their energy and passion are second to none. Still blows my mind that they could write and perform such an excellent song at that age. The video debuted in March 2017.
I very much enjoy your reactions to The Warning. You are a no nonsense reactor who gives his opinion like it is. This is a good rock song pretty much like everything they deliver and off their first full length record (Title track). I like all of their music very much, but I have to say I am really enjoying their new stuff now that they signed with Lava. It's just great, in your face rock.
Great reaction! These sisters are overwhelmingly talented!! This is an old song wit a powerful message that belongs to their first LP released in 2017. Superb video! At the time they made this video they were 17, 15 and 12. Amazing! Viva The Warning !! ⚡⚡⚡
This one is what I call their 2nd official music video, of course their 1st was a cover, but it was still professionally done. Now they have "Choke", "Disciple", "Martirio", "Evolve", "Animosity, animated by Webtoon", and another re-cover "Enter Sandman (w/ Alessia Cara)", the collection grows.

This song's a superb one that has held up over time. It's unfortunate that thus far on their tour they're playing very few songs from XXICB (only Survive, which is certainly my overall favorite from them and one of my favorites pieces of music of any genre, and When I'm Alone, which is very personal to Dany), but they only have so much time per concert and they are after all promoting Mayday.
You should have a look at their live performance video for the new track "Money". The studio recording over live footage of them opening for the Foo Fighters in front of about 55,000 people in Mexico City a few weeks ago.
@@BaldHeadedMETAL Actually yeah. They released an album in 19, then the pandemic derailed em. There's supposed to be a new album ready to drop, couple singles released already
Yes also the technology and productive quality isnt going to be up to the higher standards like the current videos coming from Mayday videos...they have Lava backing and still us the great PATREON members as they always thank us so much.Keep Rockin Dany,PAU,Ale!!!Can'T wait to see you in MAY at Jergels and in July in my hometown at Blossum!!
They were so, so young and yet, they wrote this song, with all the conceptual message and the musical composition structure. Only very, very talented people are capable to do this
HE WARNING, A TRIO OF POWER ROCK WITH VERY GOOD THEMES AND EXCELLENT CONTENT LIKE XXI CENTURY BLOOD, A GREAT SOLO BY DANY, THE NEW ROCK HAS ARRIVED, THE MUSIC OF TW IS UNMISTAKABLE
Great reaction Iosif. On a general note, maybe I am becoming old and slow and everyone notice it straight away and think nothing of it, but no one have so far commented on the fact that the video start out in black and white (except from the baby scene...) and then when the protagonist take of his blindfold he see the world in color... I think that is very profound.
Abre los ojos or Open Your eyes of Alejandro Amenabar, the same guy who did "The others" with Nicolle Kidman, the name of the first one in English is "Vanilla Sky" with Tom Cruz, I think Tom himself could contribute a little more in his adaptation, he usually reacts a lot to The warning videos... The warning army knows what I'm talking about. Regards.
@@BaldHeadedMETAL I never saw that reference of yours with the movie before, I thought the man didn't die because it was a video of 3 little girls, but now it makes more sense, because in the movie to "awaken" from the created reality, he had to commit suicide... Interesting, I never associated it with a movie. greetings from Mexico.
Another great reaction. Thanks. Btw, I said this on another reaction video of yours but it was from several months ago so you likely never saw it: but if you're looking for a new rabbit hole to fall into or a young musician to follow who has years of musical discovery ahead of her, check out a now 12 year ,old drummer named Yoyoka. Voted by Drummer World into the list of top 500 drummers of all time for a reason. Recently wrote and performed her first musical composition, _Sparkling,_ in collaboration with former members of Prince and Dream Theater. Reacting to her cover of Deep Purple's _Burn_ followed by Ian Paice's (drummer for Deep Purple) reaction to her cover of that song would probably be a decent place to start (or just go to her channel and pick what interests you). From there if you're interested, don't worry. Yoyoka's enthusiastic fan base will probably flood you with suggestions of what videos of hers to check out next. Sorry this is a bit long. But I mention Yoyoka to you because of your comments about energy and enthusiasm in musical performances being important. Yoyoka certainly has the technical skill -- that's obvious -- but she is also by far one of the most fun charismatic performers you'll ever see. Honestly. Whenever I feel a need to bring a little joy into my life I check out one of her videos. Never fails! Okay that's it. Won't inundate you with anymore comments about her. Promise : ,)

The Warning is headlining their tour in April - June and then joining Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless in July and August.

Live versions of this song are better unless you like the video which is cool
Firs commenter, who figured out the meaning of the video after 20 second. Hats off to you brother!
Thank you! I mean the story telling was pretty clear which is a testament to the director
Oh yeah forgot to mention. They're touring with Halestorm and the Pretty Reckless. Female rocker overload anyone?🤘
Halestorm a band I haven’t heard in a long time! Still kicking it huh?

Enjoyed your reaction. I hope you get a chance to see them perform live. They are starting their US and Canada tour this month. 🤘😎❤️⚠️

"emotion over technicality, you just have to get me emotionally and I'm invested, if you have both that's even better, and this band has both"
Agreed but I meant preference wise if it’s one or the other 😁
