Very cool. There's a Solo developer making a game called Spacebourne 2 using Unreal. I'm really enjoying the game but he needs bases like this, not that his are bad but I hope that they are just placeholders.
it's hard for me to say, as I never worked on VR projects but the pack is quite performant and with a proper settings it has a chance - I think - to run on VR hardware.
Nice 3D alien planet world demo - Mars?. (spoilt by the cheesy "gun", - these days even NPCs and characters are cheesy unless they are incredibly realistic - cringe clunky animations and plastic slow-faces, when are they going to get better? - duh)

Oh yeah, the gun looks like a toy but that was just to showcase how the pack could look in game. Could be Mars, could be anything.
