Currently in a calorie deficit and when I feel like I'm starving I listen to these videos. They are super encouraging and I can trust I'll always hear the truth...put the fork down!

I love Trainer Joe’s no nonsense approach to getting it done. The first time I watched one of his videos, that line of his “You’ve been eating for you plus a whole other person” made me laugh so hard because it resonated with me. I watched a couple more videos and it was like a light switch went on. I finally put my foot down, stopped making BS excuses to myself, threw away / gave away all the bad food in my house and started my journey, 65 days ago. I’m down 39 pounds and my mind set has completely changed about food. I haven’t touched a single morsel of bread, carbs, fried foods, ice cream, desserts, etc. it’s was very hard because I ate those foods daily. But no one said it was going to be easy, it took me years to damage my body so it will take time and commitment to fix it. I just think I finally hit my own personal rock bottom and I knew if I didn’t change my bad habits, my life expectancy would decline each year. I eat very minimal calories, for me the trick to add lots of herbs / spices to large salads and low calorie soups to add flavor without adding dressings. I keep rewatching Trainer Joe’s videos to keep me motivated and going.

Runners have a hefty appetite after a run. Exercise for me makes me eat more and I gain weight.

Any recommendations for 3rd shifters?
I've been following your 21 day transformation for 5 days and so far and I've dropped 10 pounds!! Thank you for the structure that along with my belief is working phenomally for me!!❤
Awesome!! For 3rd shifters you need to stop eating 3 hours before your planned bedtime.

I am done by 4 p.m
So not eating at night works for traditional day workers which is phasing out. I work nights sometimes going to work 8pm, sometimes 11pm, 3 Pm. Its varied. how do we work this out

Is herbal tea or decaf tea okay after 7:30 pm?

I don’t think we’ve taken into account that they may have a significant weight loss and still they are overweight. In other words they are on their journey and this was a part of it.
No offense and I’m using your program, but I don’t get off work till eight
I think 7.30 is a guideline I sometimes eat my meal at 8.30 due to work but don't snack after that period
