      I have friends who have used your ideas and have done well. The soda can at marker 2:11 is contradictory to a great message.

    Normally I would say "here are two guys that have never been 20 lbs overweight telling us how to lose weight", but Trainer Joe is the real deal. He has helped so many people to get to their correct weight it is incredible. He has sure helped me. Thanks TJ. Doug

    😂 Trainer Joe you are so hilarious, I crack up everytime I watch your videos!! "You get on the scale and it says one at a time please"😂 it also cracks me up when it seems like your son gets nervous when you say certain things!! 😂 I'm always thinking that's exactly what we need to hear!! I've lost 16 lbs ,, it's been a month and a half. I've got 35 to go. Today I fasted except for dinner I had a whole bag of Caesar salad and a 7 oz top sirloin, for a total of 800 Calories. Sometimes I eat lunch and dinner but the secret for me is if I'm not going to eat cake I'm going to eat something that I absolutely love when I do eat that is still in my diet plan and will help me lose weight. (Doesn't feel like a diet that way) And I try to do lower carb. And since I'm not going to eat cake every day sometimes I will wait for Sunday to come along and have a treat like sugar-free dark chocolate covered almonds because I get them out of the bulk section and only buy 10. I love how you were saying a sacrifice of praise to the Lord can also be a sacrifice of food to the Lord!! I love that because it's actually helping US but turning our eyes towards Him as well!! Thank you trainer Joe and Paul. Tomorrow for lunch I'm going to eat the corn dog that's on my hips from 5 years ago.😂 Oh and I forgot to say I'm walking 5 days a week for about 45 mins to an hour.

    “Checking out your groceries” 🤣 I consider myself lucky that I react negatively to eating high sugar, low fiber junk foods. Being in my calorie range for the day is a good indicator for the day as well as my overall weight range for if I will have a high calorie meal at a restaurant. I don’t weigh myself but after checking a height weight BMI chart today I’ve never been overweight (21-24 BMI) and physical indicators are clearer to me rather than numbers.

    I need a little blunt honesty. I’m one of those people who exercise like a mad man and eat WAY too many calories. I have had my burgers and my cake for 40 years. 😂
