STORY OF THIS SONG:
Dave wrote the entire MUSIC in one sitting right with heavy heart after heard Cliff Burton passing.
Later on when composing the lyric, he had a break up with his fiancee and decide to write about his brokenhearted.
Megadeth has a deep catalog to dig into. They are one of a handful of bands that I don’t get tired of. Just saw them live last week and they were lit 🔥
It’s your civic duty now to react to She wolf rude awakening live 2001 🤘🏼🤘🏼. So much talent showcasing in that performance. Don’t do the studio version but the Rude Awakening version 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Try Mary Jane from the same album! I was 16 when this came out and it formed a lot of music in my head.
This is an underrated album a lot of people overlook. But, it deserves its place in the catalog. Washington Is Next is a killer Megadeth track from their later years.

Megadeth can be defined by the change ups in tempo from one riff to the next. No one writes riffs like Dave.
Dude check out Wake Up Dead and do the music video. I saw it when i was 13 and its one of the music videos that made me have my parents get me a guitar.
An all time Megadeth classic, musically written for Cliff Burton after he passed away, and lyrically about an ex girlfriend.
The first two tracks on this album would be great to hear, 'into the lungs of hell' is an awesome instrumental intro to the album, and goes straight into 'Set the world afire' and its killer opening riffs, which was the first track Dave wrote on the bus ride from being kicked out of Metallica.
Would be cool to see you do those two buddy, as long as its the original recordings obviously, the remasters aren't good lol

I would strongly suggest not listening to Megadeth remasters. The originals sound far better-and are, thankfully, still available for download on RUclips. One must only add ‘original master’ to the band and song name when searching RUclips. I don’t understand why anyone ever stamped their approval on those remastered albums.

these remastered versions of 80s megadeth are TERRIBLE!!! do yourself a favor...buy a record player, find an original press megadeth album, & enjoy the original version. the guitars are much grittier, sharper & raw. Fits the music much better than this re-engineered, watered down crap.
You obviously don't have the proper equipment for playback of the remastered versions. Stop being cheap and spend some money on REAL audio components.
