Hello! How long is the shelf life of cashew meringue? I am thinking of making several pieces and store it in the fridge or in the freezer maybe (which one would you recommend?) I super love your videos anyway. More fruitful years to come to both of you guys :) Such an amazing couple!
Hello - if you're making the cashew meringue ahead of time, I'd suggest storing it in the freezer - should keep for 1 month in the freezer. Storing it in the fridge will make it soggy. Hope this helps! :)

Hello. The long baking time (6 hrs) and low temperature (225 F) is necessary to make thick crunchy meringue wafers without burning the outer layers. Hope this helps! :)
