Girl, a few years ago the Lord showed me the path he wanted me to go for my studies.. in 2 days I'll have the first exam for said path and i've been stressing and studying burning my brain out and trust me, i've been getting signs of the lord telling me to chill because it is already mine and I still keep stressing 😂 and now i'm on a little snack break and you post this video and I just know the Lord is screaming at me with the title 😂

This was so encouraging im on a similar journey and i always have lot of stess and anxiety for every single exam. Currently im not stressed (i prayed to not be) and the fact that I am not freaking out is freaking me out😂😂 and i want to freaking out because thats all ive known and operated in and in a sense forcing anxiety on myself. Not being stressed feels like im not doing enough and trust me im working hard its just a confusing time rn but thank you for this comment it makes me feel a lot better 💕

I am a single mom of 2 beautiful children. But sometimes i feel so lonely. I dont have any friends. I hardly go out. All i am doing is taking care of my kids. The youngest is 1 years. Is difficult to have social contacts. I just don’t know what to do. I feel so bored and lonely. I often ask my self why did God put me in this position. I cannot tell you how timely this video is for me, Sarah. I just finished another school term today with a few more before I graduate. Of course it's a desire of mine to finish my bachelor's already, but there really is no point in overburdening myself from comparing my race and my pace with others'. Two days ago my Bible reading was at Matthew 11 where Jesus tells us to come to Him all those who are weary and heavy-laden, and He will give us rest. To take His yoke upon us because it's easy, and that His burden is light. What an amazing and loving King that we have who recognizes the stress in our lives, and instead of shaming us for it, He offers to exchange all our anxieties for His peace. ❤️ Keeping you and Adam in my prayers!
This is good.. current mom culture screams mom boss and hustle. Being at home with kids is looked down upon and viewed as not “being at your potential”. I want to ignore the noise and just be present and confident at home in this season with my kids.
You are right about time. Life is not at its best if you don't have time for GOD. How can it be right if he isn't in it and how do you know if you don't have time. I live a simple life and it is wonderful.
800 meter is 2 laps around the track and to me this also represents the turtle and the hare tale. Slow and steady wins the race , no doubt. Having your own pace in life is so crucial but I also understand how difficult it can be with all the temptations around us, especially when some have accomplished the same thing faster than the other. It’s easy to compare l. We gotta remember our circumstances and what might take someone 2 steps might take another 10. No matter what the consistency will always lead you both to the same place, maybe not the same time but that’s okay. It’s all part of life and Gods plan, challenges and lessons along the way.

Sarah I have recently subscribed your channel and the Lord spoke to me through this video. My work has been literally draining my energy working day and night, even brining my laptop to home to work on the weekends. Also I have started to think about the necessity on keeping a certain degree of distance on social life to have more in a deep dive conversation with God which I have rarely been doing recently. This had gotten me more energy drained spiritually and not to mention to physically. I had this conversation about it with a friend of mine in faith over the weekend and your video just popped up as well!😂 Although I understand the Lord has guided me to this workplace for a certain time being, but I have started to ask for his wisdom if I was trying to surpass others and speed up striving for my own desire and career goals rather than His initial plans that He wanted me to learn at this place. I have been praying for the Lord to conform my image both inwardly and outwardly to the Godly woman especially when I am walking im a seasons of singleness in mid 30s, and this video was a very helpful piece of advice. This is speaking to me so much because this past month Iv been hanging out with SO many new friends. Also being pregnant and then a new puppy. I feel grateful to have made new friends but I’m getting tired! We want to get back into serving but also have this baby coming in 3 months and have to focus on leading our home well and making sure we are staying in the word, and RESTing🙏🏼

I'm also about to become a first time mom, and I often feel like I want to do everything myself, and in turn am really bad at delegating. But I order to succeed, I know that I'll need to delegate.

Resting in the Lord physically, spiritually, and mentally but still having a busy lifestyle and not being able to change having a busy lifestyle because of work and family members etc. How to not be burnt out and still continue on with finding rest wishing all that mentally, physically and spiritually. 🙏🏼♥️
You don’t need a degree because life coaching is unregulated so you can just get training through whichever company you choose, but it’s not the same as counselling so if you want to counsel you’d have to get a degree for that :) 💕

What degree do I need to become a lifecoach ? Currently working on my degree in early childhood education but I wanna become a counselor of some sorts
