I bought a pc parts like asus prime B760 plus d4 motherboard, cpu i5 12600K, Ram 3200 ddr4 Kingston, gpu, and some peripherals. When i power on the pc lihts flashes in blue color and never load bios or usb ports not working. The rgb colors work and the funs work also. Whats the problem?? The parts are new! Is any kind of motherboard's failure?

Kindly change ram first , if still same problem also change the Motherboard .
