Not only in the recipes, but also in some backround information about the used ingredients and what they contain. It seems like you'r very knowledgeable about all that. Stuff like, for example which ingredient is good food detox, or so. Just something that goes along with the recipes. Would be nice. Btw: Is there already a release date? :)
This was not what I expected. Very different to hear people talking about life on tour from a health perspective. How cool was this? Just hope the Japanese food Beggs liked so much was somehow whole food plant-based (WFPB) and not some ultraprocessed vegan food-like substance. Ten years on I hope he's into a WFPB eating style. AND HE COOKS! What does this man not do??? And thinking he might be a good cook since he does everything else pretty damn well...and doesn't seem like his wife and kids are going for takeout to avoid his cooking. ❤☮🌎
