    No matter how well you take care of customers there are some people that you cannot please! A woman called my dad one day and told him that she needed a starter. She said the car will not crank and wanted us to just put a new starter on he car. We checked the battery and it had plenty of power. But, that white and blue crust on her battery terminals was legendary! She also had one or both terminals were bad. So, we changed 2 battery terminals and cleaned up the corrosion off the battery. My dad charged her $20 and she left. We could have done the same thing but also change the starter. She would have never known but God watches us. It would be impossible for us to.do that kind of work and sleep at night! That is why we refuse to do such. Also, if I ever found out an employee had done anything like this, they would be fired on the spot! It feels good that after 21 years of business that we have built enough trust that most customers don't even want an explanation. Some want estimates and some tell us to do whatever it needs. It makes me very happy to be trusted! I am far from perfect in my lord's eyes still. We still have our fair share of those who you just can't please. We quit working on Saturday and that made several customers very angry. We are getting older and need more rest than we use to. 20 years we gave customers our Saturday but we just can't do it anymore.
