You are most welcome on the Lights, wow the old one just barely touch it was ... fragile is an understatement....wow...you sneeze on it it would have dissolved. And they look so pretty lit up!
And the Tank too! WOO WOO! It fits, and can be modified...that is always I good thing, non modifiable things, kinda suck.
God those window switches are needed in that interior....you need to roll up if there is a rain storm comming or snow later on this year for you guys!
And I hope the shift linkages will help too...I didnt know what those really do, but I said to him to get them! LOL.

tip for you. I had one of those back in the late 80s had trouble with seeing out of side mirrors, we lengthened the tubing to the mirrors and after adjustment I pinned the tubes at the clamp with 1/8th roll pin so they would not rotate out of position but if hit the roll pin snaps and is easy to replace. good content and delivery style

No A/C, I remember a story about a local farmer near me. Back in the day he bought one of the first tractors with A/C and when he brought it home his wife noticed it and her tractor didn't have A/C so she took a hammer and broke ever single window out in his new tractor so neither one of them had A/C. Moral of the Story Steve, watch your windows. ;) Have a great week everyone.

That thing is massive, love the big truck bed even with the crew cab, visiting a meeting or a festival would give you plenty of space to roll out a sleeping bag under the stars or even spend the night in the cab if it rains...

Hi Steve. That is such a sweet truck! Love the look of the square bodies. Swapping in the LS & 4L80 should make it much more reliable than the original big block and TH400. The LS will sip the fuel too, compared to the big block. Plenty of room for the family and lots of towing capacity!

Watching you bench bleed, I've used copper tubing for bleeding purposes, it's just much easier to work with for that process. Also, I've switched over to DOT 5 FLUID in my trucks I'm keeping. It's synthetic and draws no moisture to cause RUST internally to the Master cylinder, brake lines, or wheel cylinders no matter how many years it sets. Cost a little more, but well worth the investment.

Looks like we need to get a video every other week now. No problem as that tells us you are really busy taking care of more important things. This rad and fans are just a ticket to success with this build. I call these threaded inserts "rivnuts" No tool box should be without a selection of them. I have used them in blind holes badly threaded with a welded tap killer of a hole. So far so good. I have yet to have one fail. Good to see that your Elisabeth and Cora approves at your progress eh, LOL. I sure like the BLING you give your progresses/projects. I have the same brake fluid bench bleeders in my ? drawer in my main tool box that have a bunch of uses. Great keeper tools eh. Great to see another project from you done the right way. In the future any repairs (ANY) can be done using OEM supplies. Never can anyone tell it has been hacked away at eh.

Great progress guys and the fabrication on the tailgate is awesome. I would probably cut out the Chevrolet stamping on the old tailgate and mount it on the wall. Cora is such a beautiful dog. I’m not a fan of the big wheels and the huge spikes but hey, it’s your truck. I probably would have opted for 18’s with more ballon type tires as that would soften the ride and make the truck quieter.

Just a tip. These new fandangle ignition switches don't like all that stuff , other keys etc hanging from them.
