    Come let us howl some heavy, heavy note,
    Some deadly, dogged howl,
    Sounding as from the threat’ning throat
    Of beasts and Fatal Fowl
    As Ravens, Screech Owls, Bulls and Bears
    We’ll sing and bawl our parts,
    Till some irksome noise has cloy’d our ears
    And corrosived our hearts.
