Thank you, Lyndah! I just hit the like button and succeeded turning off my V860ii's beep. I pressed the Zm/C.Fn button and turned the sound off. It worked!
What a lifesaver video! That beep on my AD200 was about to drive me crazy. In the studio it's not a bad thing since the model has an audible cue that the photo has been taken. Out the field is a very different story... like at a wedding. Thanks Lyndah!
Seriously I cannot thank you enough for the speedlight one!!! It has been driving me nuts. I haven't been able to figure out how to turn it off they make it so complicated and that was quick and simple so seriously THANK YOU
Thank you so much for this video I was struggling with finding HOW TO turn the beep off. It was so simple, but I was unable to figure it out. So Thank you.
omg - thank you for this!! I've just replaced my Sony flash (Good TT685s Mark 2) and the beep was driving me nuts!! Thanks for giving me my sanity back!
Godox v1 3:30. On your flash press flash button (green) then quickly press lock button. Menu pops up. Use the wheel to scroll down until you see BEEP. Press ok and again scroll to change from on/off
Thank youuuuuuuu! Life saver , I’m off in 5 mins to shoot (a last min event and picked up v1 this morning) and this is a sensitive shoot as a family member doesn’t have long 😢 and I thought how awful and distracting it would be I can’t get this sound off!
I turned the beep off but somewhere along the line it turns itself back on again. I'm not sure what causes this behavior. It's not when I switch the power off/on. I have two TT685 speedlights and both do the same thing.
Hey! So I ran a little test today. I turned on the beep from the menu on my Zoom Li-on. Then I went into the settings of my X Pro trigger and set the beep to off. When I pressed the test shot button, the flash still beeped. I'm going to assume however that it can turn off the beep on some flashes/strobes simply because that function is there in the menu. Hope this helps.
Hi Bill, Thanks for being patient with my response. For the Zoom Li-ons. Enter the menu by long pressing the Zm/CFn button on the far left. Use the wheel to scroll to the 2nd page and at the top You'll see the Beep function. Press "Set" then rotate the dial once to toggle to OFF. Press set again and then press the back key, far right, to exit the menu and that's it! Hope this helps.
I hope this video helps someone! Let me know what else you'd like to see me add to my content.
Don't forget to hit that LIKE button.

Thanks a lot 🎉
Yw
thanks it was driving me coocoo
Thanks for the tip on the AD 200. What about the zoom li-on flashes? Where is the audio on-off on them?
Just answered 👆🏽
This is called RTFM for your flash or transmitter
THANK U, THANK U, THANK U
so helpful!!
I didn't like this video ... I LOVE THIS VIDEO. I spent over an hour trying to figure it out, down loaded the manual. You made it so simple.
thank you very useful ;-)
Glad it was helpful!
I turned the beep off but somewhere along the line it turns itself back on again. I'm not sure what causes this behavior. It's not when I switch the power off/on. I have two TT685 speedlights and both do the same thing.
Is there any way to reduce the level only?
Not that I know. Only on/off.
Thank you! I shot a wedding last night and the beep was annoying and couldn't figure out how to turn it off.
That’s the most fun part, the beep 🐝
Very nice
Thanks for watching!
Is that a Magmod on the V1. I wasn’t sure if it was compatible with the round head flash.
Yes, Takes a bit of wiggling but it does fit!
Is there a way to disable from trigger

What about the zoom li-ons that don't have a menu button? I left this question about 5 months ago. Are you no longer responding to our comments?
Hi Bill, Thanks for being patient with my response. For the Zoom Li-ons. Enter the menu by long pressing the Zm/CFn button on the far left. Use the wheel to scroll to the 2nd page and at the top You'll see the Beep function. Press "Set" then rotate the dial once to toggle to OFF. Didn’t work in my v860II
Really? That's strange. Hope you figured it out.
Thank you so much!!!
No worries!
