I love your video. The real hands on. If you were just starting out, knowing wjat you know now, and had the budget for only 1 flash, would it be the AD100pro or something like the V860iii?
If I were starting out today I would hands fown but the Godox AD200. My favorite flash that has so much versatility.

firing issues may be related to your xpro trgger using rechargeable batteries. it needs full voltage of alkaline

Did you scan the location for the best Channels? Maybe that will eliminate issues with the Flash and the Trigger.
I didn't but I haven't had this issue again.
I think those flash use 2.4 to signal with. That’s the most common used signal, lots of devices are on that frequency. The amount of devices near Your location may cause the flash signal to “drop out”. You get the same problem with wireless mic, guitars etc.

What about the zoom li-ons that don't have a menu button? I left this question about 5 months ago. Are you no longer responding to our comments?
Hi Bill, Thanks for being patient with my response. For the Zoom Li-ons. Enter the menu by long pressing the Zm/CFn button on the far left. Use the wheel to scroll to the 2nd page and at the top You'll see the Beep function. Press "Set" then rotate the dial once to toggle to OFF. Press set again and then press the back key, far right, to exit the menu and that's it! Hope this helps.
What tripod did you use for this shoot?
I have a very old manfrotto tripod. (I can't remember the model number) With a pistol grip head which I purchased to swap out the ball head it came with.
Seriously I cannot thank you enough for the speedlight one!!! It has been driving me nuts. I haven't been able to figure out how to turn it off they make it so complicated and that was quick and simple so seriously THANK YOU

Hi Lindah: I watched your "Model Shoot" about a year ago, and it was one of the reasons I put the AD100 Pro in my cart at B&H. I finally bought it a month ago and I LOVE IT!!! I'm all about portability and since I just turned 80, I'm finding lighter equipment to be right up my alley. I had also invested in just about every MagMod thing there is, except one set of gels and the MagBox...I even bought 2 of the MagGrip2's for round flashes. Boy those are tough to get onto ANYthing!!! I wish I could return them. THIS VIDEO IS THE ONLY ONE I've come across that shows MagMod gear on the AD100!!! I was thrilled to see you put a regular Grip on it, my finger strength couldn't make it happen, so I'll get a male friend of mine to mount it for me. I can't wait to try all my MagMod goodies on the 100!!! Thank you so much! (I left a comment awhile ago after re-watching your Model Shoot video, so I'll go delete my question about using MagMod accessories on this little flash.) You're awesome!

Is there a way to disable from trigger
Hey! So I ran a little test today. I turned on the beep from the menu on my Zoom Li-on. Then I went into the settings of my X Pro trigger and set the beep to off. When I pressed the test shot button, the flash still beeped. I'm going to assume however that it can turn off the beep on some flashes/strobes simply because that function is there in the menu. Hope this helps.

Thank youuuuuuuu! Life saver , I’m off in 5 mins to shoot (a last min event and picked up v1 this morning) and this is a sensitive shoot as a family member doesn’t have long 😢 and I thought how awful and distracting it would be I can’t get this sound off!
