So much fun! Good to throw in this training on a busy day with a celebration at the end (New Year's Eve) when there is no regular training. Thanks, Debbie!
Excellent. She do the complete warm up, just using karate stances and techniques, in a quit small space as well. I´ll used this routine in my karate class, soon as the current quarantine is lifted. And, she is also an awesome sensei. Greetting from Chile. Oss =)
Your programs are awesome, TY. I'm 66 and decided to take karate instead of yoga. I love that some of the blocks are just hard to pick up and memorize. With your programs, I can watch slow back up and watch to finally excecute from memory.. 🙏🙏
Sensei Debbie, absolutely love your shuto, so powerful, also your soto uke with gyuzuki chudan is amazing, so refreshing to train with another female Sensei, regards from Sensei Kate in the United Kingdom oss.
I have gotten over my gout problem I hope to do this as my morning work out to condition myself for class and get back in shape for my test. I hope to do this as my warm up for practice. I will try to do 3-4 times a week🙂
Brilliant. It's good to get a workout with all of our basics pulled together so tightly. Nice editing job too to make this a very efficient 15-minute workout. Thanks for getting us moving!

No, this is just a selection of most basic blocks and strikes that someone might learn in their first year of training. We just wanted to have one short training that made use of a wide selection of techniques. Thanks for watching!
@@KarateTraining I love the 15 minute length myself, because I combine kihon with kata and heavy bag work, plus various other cardio activities, so it's not my entire workout - just an important piece of it. 15 minutes is perfect for that. Thank you!
Glad you made it through! Each time you do it, it will get more familiar to your body. Space is certainly an issue - we try to develop our trainings so you can do them if you have one step forward and to the side. The main thing is to find a hard floor in your house and avoid training on carpet.
I’m sorry, but this was a very bad video on Karate Kihon! For starters, you didn’t preface of what school or system you advocate or adhere to. I studied and trained in ‘Shotokan Karate’, and naturally….. our Kihon was not only different from other Shotokan dojos. But especially, other systems of karate!! Obviously, we didn’t do our Kihon basics, like at a school of ‘Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate’. Of course not. But still, is this some modern day revising of Kihon?! Very good effort, but still, non- specific!!!

Hello, yes, of course! How long would you like it to be? 15 min, or 20 min or 30 min (or longer)? We are always open to suggestions.
