    It’s none of anyone’s business what you charge. You’ve perfected your craft, mastered the techniques and owe no one any justification. Maybe the naysayers should spend less time dogging you and spent more time perfecting their own techniques and efficiency. I’ve followed your journey from the beginning. I’ve learned a lot from you and I thank you.

    This is probably your greatest video i seen. A hold nothing back honest video. Two years ago i found you and Mikes channel looking for a way for pressure washing farm equipment. And now i have to say i wouldn't even do that anymore. It takes 5 hours to clean one of our tractors. For $300. Thanks for the education and teachings of washing houses

    Brother your words just fuel my fire. Don't apologize for telling the truth. Facts are facts and people should do with what they have and grind to level up. I'm learning this as I type this and getting humbled everyday trying to get more business. I'm not where I want to be, but that just means I've got an opportunity to learn and improve. Thanks for the video sir.

    I've watched your channel off and on for years. I've watched your business grow through RUclips and have enjoyed seeing the evolution of your equipment, processes and techniques. I enjoy your channel because, unlike most channels in this genre, you show no BS WORK ETHIC and non-stop hustle in your videos. It seems like most "influencers" in this space are geared more towards selling their online courses or schilling products than actual washing content. Best wishes and keep on "gettin' it done".

    Hey Joe. I pretty much have everything you mentioned except my truck is a 550 4x4 and its Red. MN here. We all have our preferences and mine is restaurant outdoor patios, restaurant outdoor furniture, restaurant walkways, entryways, curbs, bank and store cement work, entrances to walmarts, targets, whoever, stone or stucco building fronts, etc. Haven't done any gas stations, but doing fast food dumpster areas is easy money. So keep up the good work. Best part is i can't work from November to March, its frozen out here. If you ever wanna do flat work get yourself a legacy belt driven 3600psi - 10.5gpm pump with that 26.5hp EFI Kohler mated up to Mondo49 You won't stop smiling. Plus your capable of carrying all that backup water for the thirsty beast. Keep up the great work Joe.

The information you put out is much appreciated Joe.

    The key is the equipment the work ethic and the knowledge of what you are doing.

    Loved the video Joe. Ignore the nay-sayers. You summarized everything I was thinking at the end. You have top notch equipment, you maintain your equipment, you have a robust marketing strategy (whatever works for you) and you not only are out there "Grinding", you are generous by taking us along with you to watch and learn. I have followed you for years and love the fact that you reinvest in your business by upgrading equipment and your techniques. I also agree that your rates are your rates. You have developed your system and know what your market will yield. I don't know why people constantly ask "How much for ...?" It depends on your market, your competition, and finally what your capabilities are. Good for you.

    Hey Joe, I sometimes share your amazing story with people. How you started out with a small van and small machine. Went to different machines for more efficiency and now you have one of the best rigs in the industry. How you wash 5 to 7 houses a day and you must be making a ton of money. Always wondered. Thanks for the hint kind of what I thought. I won't mention my age, but I try to do 3 to 4 houses a day. Once I start I, don't stop and eat in my truck on the way to the next job. When I get home, I just kind of fall out of my truck. Again, I won't mention my age, but I love my job and would not change it for anything. I learned the speed technique from watching your videos thank you so much. Your journey is truly amazing and should be an inspiration to any power washer or small business owner. Hard work and focus.

  • @vulcanpressurewashing
    @vulcanpressurewashing Месяц назад +2

    I am still perfecting my craft at 2 years in full time. With that said it takes me an hour to wash a home like in this video .
    That is timed the second I turn off my truck key and timer is off again as soon as I start my truck and pull away to the next job.
    But most of my house washes are caked in green algae on two sides but no matter how dirty it is I am out in 1 hour on large homes .
    That was not possible until I got my 8gpm and started down streaming with the m5 twist .
    Here is to a prosperous 2024!!

My point is, I wouldnt even address them. The majority of us appreciate the knowledge you bring to the table here. Oh and I think (at least on my end) people ask what you charge not so much to see how much money you're making but to see if they're charging the right amount or similar for their opportunities. I'd never ask but its a natural curiosity. I know what I charge and I'm doing well by it.

    Do you have Vinyl ?? lol. Thats a huge reason your getting alot done in a day. Equipment is great also obviously. But when you can wash a house in 30 minutes... theres your ticket right there. I think thats what people dont understand.
