The Engl Inferno is my dream amp, so the fact that this is an affordable option is amazing!
Surely that golden era amp has got to be a Crate Blue Voodoo.
I wonder if it could get the same tone you got from your Blue Voodoo Taylor. Cos that tone ruled.

if I am not mistaken he only used the Blue Voodoo power section with a Marshall JMP-1 as the preamp but I can't remember for sure and too lazy to check.
@@riffsnoleads you know that actually might be the case here because the faceplate of the amp is clearly harkening to the beveled grille of the Voodoo BUT... it has Marshall style knobs on the controls.
@@DeadlyFredXXX The Crate Blue Voodoo 120 has the same Marshall-style knobs by default.

Oh man, I remember when that crate blue voodoo amp came out I wanted that thing real bad
they should have a module that can host VSTs like NAM so we can use dif. cabs and effect etc
You can run the whole thing as a VST in your DAW. They also have a (dual) IR loader. I'm not sure if the IR loader is included in the limited packages though.
@@deconline1320 yeah that's what I been doing but I'm talking about THU stand-alone. It just makes sense that this host block should exist. I can watch vids/jam to uploaded drum loops much easier without Reaper running even tho I have a real high end gaming PC. I think maybe its a driver thing with DAWs. idk

Imagine you just started playing guitar, and you have all these amazing technologies you can utilize without having to pay a lot of money to have different amps and cabs. What a great time to be alive.
I think some of the mid sounding amps remind me of his crate amps from the 90's

I wish there was another style of music being played to actually get a better demo of these models. This is just frenetic shucking going on.
I've used one plugin one time and it was the fluff plugin and never again 👎

I love your tones and Marty's Megadeth guitar work is legendary but this sounds like low budget anus unfortunately. I dont know if its just Thu but I've never been able to make anything sound usable with it.
Weird THU is the best sounding sim I've used.
Having watched more of the video this pack doesn't sound very good. Marty is such a weird player I could see his tones not working for other players.
