It's not your fault,....paper hi one day exam jaisa tha...upsc itna factual paper deta ni hai...... maine khud last year mains likha tha... but iss bar bas 80 to 82 hi aa rahe.....same type mistakes like you are talking......factual exam main ye sab. Hota hai.......next year mera bhi last attempt hai..... don't depend on UPSC by 100%....you can see state psc as well.... I'm also going to write UPPCS this year.....chill kro....itna tension mat lo

Loneliness and depression are common among aspirants, she need a good support system and give her best in the last attempt, whether she'll make it to final list or not, that's on God's hands.

Sis I can feel your situation. It was my 2nd attempt but I was very clear in my mind that I will give maximum 4 attempts in upsc. This year I was pretty confident that I'm going to clear prelims but Mera bhi gs mein 82 score aa rha hai. Csat score is 93 but I can't believe that gs itna kharab ho gya. I literally cried in front of my family and fortunately they supported me a lot. Now I have decided that I'll do a job now bcz money is my first priority. Probably next year I'm getting married and my boyfriend is very supportive towards my preparation. I'll give my 3rd attempt in 2026. Everyone has their own situation & I hope you find confidence back soon. Take a break, calm your mind, shortlist every possible outcomes and decide accordingly. More power to you worrior!!

Life is the most precious thing you have,.....baki sab moh maya hai.....mile to accha hai nahi mile to abhi accha h.....we feel bad....bcz society ne aesa structure create kar diya hai validation ka,....ki ap ias ho to sab respect karte h .....but we have to see from the other angle also....iss duniya main kitne log hai.... jinke pass khud k body parts ni hai....and still they are happy and living their life....hamare pass to sab hai.... fir inn chhote mote exam se kya rona dhona ....nikal gaya to accha ...nahi to kuch aur kar lege,... simple
Hi zara.. Last year was my 4th attempt and after that drastically failed attempt i completely lost my confidence and everything.. Poore saal mene kuch padhai nhi ki thi bcz i made my mind that i will focus on my pcs n not on upsc.. Long story cut short take a break build your mind and re think of giving other exams which doesn't break you. Because for life you have to be mentally stable. I understand when you give your 100% you expect better results but at last we have to accept God's plan for us. So just be with your family n friends, take a break and decide what to do next. You can attempt state pcs, it's comparatively easy and will re build your confidence. Because confidence is everything in life that is what i have learnt since last attempt

This happens and its ok behan … im in my 6th attempt gave first 3 just like that… and now in 3rd serious attempt . That feeling of happiness after paper was not with me … i was super sad that i attempted very less number of questions but after 10 days now i feel in exam hall i performed well even with attempting 72 questions im happy …. The time aur patience jo lag jaati hai success ki wait karte karte that is very difficult to endure …. Hold on to this …this time too will pass …… wish you best
It was my third attempt this year , I am clearing pre and last year too I cleared. You are elder then me and I know my experience is too less but one thing that helped me most in both attempt was having good discussion with friends , like this year was able to recall so many questions just because of my friends .

Its my last attempt but in gs i get 106 to 108 but in csat only 72 to 69.20 according to different answer key.

See , i m exactly in the same situation as that of yours and till result come , m staying awaying from youtube telegram coaching etc. This morning my mother send me your video. I was thinking why.. then i called her. She said please write down a comment on your video. So let me tell you , its easy to give up when things get hard , but you have shown remarkable strength by showing up on youtube sharing your exam experience and also by being optimistic for result.

I am getting same marks between 75- 80 by various keys , clearing CSAT comfortably this time , its my fourth attempt , did many blunders in exam , everyone is saying padhai karo abhi mains ki but I am not able to do so , I can relate to u alot , I believe eventually everything will fall in place
Hey , please stay strong and take some rest. Trust me ,it was not your fault completely. I know many people who just got excited seeing the question paper... have incresed the attempted questions and committed silly mistakes . The paper was designed in such a manner that it looked easy but that was not the case at all. I am 100% sure that you will do well in life . Just don't criticise yourself that much. Take a short break and get back this time with more ruthless mindset. All the best 👍

Save ur last attempt for later in future and focus on something that u have already done in past for finances. Sid by side prepare notes for UPSC that can be used when required

I have been an aspirant for more than 3 years....i quit my state psc job as a panchayat secretary..... Many people still criticising me till now.... some time i even feel regret for leave that job of course we are human we can not be motivated through the years right..... Even my cousin were married and settled in jobs .....im still an unemployed and un married women living with my family.....i even started to avoid my family because i could face them ..... I know how roller coaster ur life right now i can feel u and many aspirants....but they are couldn't open up like u....if ur daringly saying in front of the camera about ur feeling to us shows how rebel ur .....so never forget that and don't quit.....ull definitely achieve something in some time.....go girl❤

01. I work in Indian Navy, Qualified for CDS earlier.. It was PYQ in CDS, still I read Commander as Commoder and marked that question wrong...
02. I marked 21 June wala question wrong, just because my rashi is Capricorn, So, I marked tropic of Capricorn along with Arctic Circle instead of Tropic of cancer...
In addition to this, there have been so many such silly mistakes done by me in the exam (In both papers CSAT + GS)

Hello bro. Don't u worry. Mera bhi 5th attempt tha. Wrote Mains once. I did many silly mistakes this year including bubble filling. It happens. Hoga hoga nahi hoga nahi hoga. Please understand u r more important than this UPSC CSE. Be happy always and prioritise yourself

es bar mera first attamt tha, maine last 4 year se prepration kr rha hu ,,maine basic ko kam se kam 10 bar revise kiya hoga.

I failed 2 prelims only because lack of confidence this time along with right attitude and analysing my mistakes giving less tests doing PYQ multiple time i am scoring 95+ and i am confident i am going to make it

This was my 4th attempt and next year will be my last attempt due to overage, I dont even have a job to fall back to. I too did many silly mistakes like that chile argentina question. Do what you can at the moment start preparing for mains. Just keep moving forward and dont stop. Stop overthinking and over analysing things. Whats done is done. Life is too short to get upset like this. An exam doesnt decide your life's worth. Yes we all give our best, we all studied like hell but the results are not in our hand. We only have control over our actions so focus on that and stop crying over spilled milk and move on. Take care.

Sometimes its really difficult to move ahead after giving 100% and still not enough! Its the real grind tho! I have given 2nd attempt I couldn't clear csat again like last year! What we think we know and what actually happens after checking is a whole different picture. It's always in declining trend when we check. The question was set up this way. Im sure most aspirants have gone through the same. We are all on the borderline. Majority statistically. Even me.....scoring less than 70 still keeping hope. Our health comes first so please don't beat yourself too hard 🙏

Maam maine last mains diya hai ....89 marks the mere .....2022 me 99 .....its my 4th attempt....mera geography optional hai aur us pe mera bohot confidence tha ....hardly me geography ka question galat karta tha test me.....but due to overthinking in exam hall mene 50 percentage question galat kar diye including aapne jo bola vo mapping vala......so galatiya sab se hui hai is sal easy paper ke chakkar me......i can feel your pain ....i am also in same zone .....so dont worry ......kismat sath degi is saal hame😊

Only effort alone does not make one successful. There are some, but its not possible for everyone. Its a very tough competition, technique is very important and after all, luck always plays an important role. Take time to relax and analyze yourself, then decide whether you have to continue or not.
Same story 5th attempt. Maine bhi initial attempt aise hi de diye. Iss baar exam hall mein pressure le liya koi backup nhi, time mismanagement ho gya. Bahut bura lg rha that I messed up in exam hall. 🥺

Aapka Best Tab aata hai jab Hum "Do or die"situation me and prepare for 6th and Last and Give your 300 percent..according toa last yr...We with u..u can and Tum abtak fight kr rhi ho Haar nahi maani..apni mistake accept kiya ...aapk ander hai civil service wali Quality..and UPSC qualify ke liye 1 attempt he lagte hai aur abhi 1 attempt hai aapke paas...❤❤❤

Listen. It happens. Have failed 5 attempts and the last one I missed by .33 marks. Getting 91.33 to 99.33 from various coachings and still not sure whether I will make it or not. Anyways. Have qualified TAS this year so little relaxed. Just keep going. Trust me it works. U need to see the worst to get the best. That's how life is.

I think you are burned out. Take a break and get back. Indulge in some calming activities, something that you haven't done before, painting, sketching, singing, anything to be honest. If you're in Delhi, visit the India gate at night, or lodhi gardens, sunder nursery, hazrat nizamuddin or even Bangla sahib. This might sound irrelevant right now but trust me these things helps. Try it you might feel better and then start studying for mains, irrespective of the result.
People often undermine the impact these activities can have on our happiness quotient.

@@albatross5907 yes man, my constants are spiritual songs be it in dialects even, gardening, Yoga, diary entry, eating healthy diet by connecting its benefits to my skin health,cooking yes ranting in front of my parents and close frnds(on calls) whatever bothers me. Soon i will again shift to delhi but these will remain my pre requisite.

Do suryanamaskar and 10-15 minute mediation daily and then complete your 1 year and give the attempt if you reached here so why not last one
I was doing well in my studies and time table from last 50 days ...but but exam wale din mujhe neend nahi aayi aishe hi pada raha hai....gave my paper attempt 90 questions, thought ko silly mistake na ho...but hui....it was my 5; attempt.....bahut hi bura lag raha hai
for chewing gum question: i do have a consideration that singapore has banned chewing gum may be because of its polluting nature and it can be considered for both the statements
