It's waa a way to stop her from getting job as an IRS There are many rules regarding selection procedure and physical requirements for job by UPSC. Ex- if you have diabetes you might not get selected a case pending in court There are many cases pending in the courts we only know about a few
I have met a few UPSC aspirants who failed and I have seen them breaking down and eventually turning into arrogant and egoistic human beings to mask their pain.
