This sounds amazing! You should definitely consider the Ramadan fast. We do it yearly as Muslims, its advantageous and has a lot of physical/mental benefits aside from spiritual ones. Wish you the best of luck!

If not, would highly recommend it. Also are you still taking magnesium, iodine, other vitamins, etc during the fast? God bless!
Not a fan of Berg (assuming this one is Eric Berg). He’s a little too outlandish/pro-conspiracy for my liking, and he also thinks his ties to a cult are more important than staying connected with his son.
Actually I found Dr Ekberg’s videos most helpful. Also dude, one day you’ll realize the conspiracies of today are the facts of tomorrow. At least in some cases 😂
