John's shoulder training is some of the best i've ever seen.
Here’s the workout (screenshot)
200 reps (every exercise is 2 sets of 25 with lighter weight)
DB Side Lateral Raises
2 sets of 25
Rear Cable Fly
2 sets of 25 (sub with reverse pec deck or rear dumbbell fly)
Y raises
2 sets of 25 (use lighter weight on incline bench)
Shoulder Press
2 sets of 25 (hammer strength/machine/dumbbell)

@99945Apophis I did 200 reps total for my back day yesterday and it only took me 30-35 minutes including rest times. I work out at home currently, so I have to unscrew my weight clamps to switch the plates from the dumbbells to the barbell or ez bar etc lol😂 but I see how people like Dorian Yates are finished within 45 minutes.
The back workout I did if anyone’s interested…
Each is done not with max weight but about 60-70% controllable amount, which brings you close to failure by each 25 reps
200 reps 30-35 minutes total, including rest
Deficit Deadlifts (use plates for stool)
2 set of 25 reps
Pull-ups/Chin-ups(1 set each)
2 sets of 25
One Arm DB Rows(knee on bench)
1 set of 25(each hand, both sides is 1 set)
Barbell Rows
1 set of 25 reps
Shoulder Shrugs(pause for 3 seconds)
1 sets of 25 reps
Barbell Wrist Curls(behind the back)
1 set of 25 reps

I've found that seated laterals to work best for me. Dunno why but standing dumbell exercises really seem to mess my joints up
You should try leaning very slightly forward and bending your arms slightly while doing them ,
Pain tolerance is the bottom line.
Are some of your videos, like this one, flipped on purpose? This isn't the first video I've watched that even the inserted graphics are backwards.
Noticed this for a while now! I guess when folks are ‘recycling’ the previously published videos, they have to alter it somehow by ‘flipping’ so it can be counted as ‘new content’ by RUclips algorithms. If that’s the case, I’m cool with folks getting rewarded for continuing pushing contents out and make some more money doing that.
200?!? Better go low weight if not up to par on this.
