He’s just a super film fan living his dream and it shows in every interview. He’s not your every day typical director. He genuinely loves movies so much that he can’t help but get insanely hyped when talking about what he’s created
Thank God I didnt watch this interview before watching the movie - Jimmy saying the movie changes history is the biggest spoiler he could have let out
lmaoooo all his movies are a change of history
@@diannelandaverde7277 haha. True. But the climax and ranch scene were so intense. Went in with no prior information about twist of fate.
Karthik Atchuta it is expected with Quentin 😅
@@diannelandaverde7277 well yea. with QT ..we let the movie happen to us and be ready for any turn!!
9:10 only Will Smith who turned down Django because the role wasn’t big enough and the movie was too violent for his taste (like he never watched a Tarantino film before)
I’m pretty sure he went on the record saying he wanted it to be a love story but it was just a vengeance story.
TheOtherGuy021 That’s not why he turned down Django at all and those reasons don’t even makr sense. He turned down the role because he fundamentally disagreed with the moral of the story.
Theotheridiot...making up stories hoping TMZ will run with it!🙄
The role wasn’t big enough, seems accurate
@@xMorbidArtx only for a white supremacist would that produce more hate.
I'm 29, and I don't have a quarter of the energy or enthusiasm this 56-year-old has. Truly inspiring.
This guy has adhd.. you're exactly the same as him. Nothing special about anyone.
@@oddone1325 Sorry to burst your bubble of reality, but watch 3 times, any of his movies. He has made, and there is something New to discover. Detail and story telling are special to those that have gift. Your rant is that of a depressed middle aged nobody.
Dude it's just really expensive cocaine
He’s a cokehead. Thats not ADHD. Have you tried coke, maybe you’d be jittery as well. Personally I hate the effect. And QT’s antics too
What a way to Escape the Star Trek conversation ahahahaha Classic
Khaaaaaaaaaaaan!
I like Tarantino's movies. I like Star Trek. I hope that is a team up that never happens. I think they are a complete mismatch.
The mismatch is the thing I am excited the most about. It will be sometime fresh and new, like The Wrath of Khan was...
@@TitoTimTravels i think if his star trek movie is separated from the jj abrams continuity it can be amazing
@@manuelgm Tarantino only does standalone movies. His version will have zero relation to the new one's and hell, all the way back to the next generation. All of his inspiration for that film will come from the first one with his own spin on it. It'll be interesting because it's going to have a lot of short skirts and william shatner'esque captain flirting with all the extras.
Totally captured the nostalgia of those days. Loved the soundtrack, acting and story. Genius.
Get Tarantino on Hot Ones. Jimmy is a good interviewer, but definitely not up to the standards a guy with Quentin’s intellect deserves.
So, you want him in hot ones or not?
Joe Rogan experience!
I agree totally; Sean Evans would do an awesome interview with Quentin.
I wonder if a flaming hot chicken wing would slow down his speech pattern.
@@arrozconlechon Who would have more energy though?
quentin tarantino and Seth rogen should have a laugh off
Quentin would absolutely wreck Rogen when it comes to laughing.
Seth it's funny though
I seriously did not expect Tarantino to be so talkative. I thought he must be a serious kind of personality.😅
He is on the set
I thought so too. This is a major revelation to me.
He more than likely took a sedative to loosen him up.
Yeah my first time hearing him talk. I thought he’d be super serious and calm
He gets excited when he talks about movies
Literally just got back from the theater. This film is so great. It’s a great film to see with friends. It’s HYSTERICAL. And it’s entertaining. But it’s also one of those films where you have to see it a couple times because there’s a lot going on underneath the surface.
Brad Pitt is excellent. Leo is excellent. And Margot Robbie is excellent. I just can’t say enough about this film.
Chris Serpicø worst movie I’ve ever seen. Only reason I didn’t walk out is QTs record.
Walter Phillips Yes, it was the worst movie ever. Worse than Legally Blonde 2. Worse than Police Academy 8. Worse than Tommy Wiseau’s “The Room”. Worse than Battlefield Earth.
The film was universally loved by everyone but you, because it was the worst film ever.
Chris Serpicø haven’t seen a single one of those but I bet they at least attempted a plot and character development rather than 30 flashbacks to pointless movie clips.
Walter Phillips Those are just words. They don’t mean anything. Just because you read reviews from critics doesn’t mean you know what you’re talking about.
It was awesome I saw it at the new Beverly cinema a theater he actually owns
I have the feeling that they've sent Margot Robbie on purpose because Tarantino wouldn't stop talking.
I agree. Even Kimmel couldn't get a word in some times!! LOL
they sure did!!!
Well I think they sent Robbie to put like a suspense on the rumor whether the 10th is Star Trek.
It’s his interview what else is he supposed to do other than talk
Adam yeah, buy maybe he had to go the premier and he was distracted
Margot Robbie is drop dead Gorgeous!❤❤❤
Agreed, but the character she plays in the movie - Sharon Tate - was an order of magnitude higher on that scale...
So is Kwentin!!
No she is stand alive gorgeous
Shes one of those girls you look at for a while because you cant believe how hot they are. Stunner.
Margot Robbie vs Jaime King, Margot better face, Jaime King better body! They both HOT!
The thing that makes Quentin's movies so great.... is that he loves what he does. And you can tell that he loves the art more than the money.
His passion for his work literally flows out of him. Love the guy
I like how Margot interrupts right when he asks about Star Trek
That was her que to come out
I love Inglourious Basterds and Django! Fantastic movies, amazing cast, perfect acting. Christoph Waltz and Tarantino is the perfect match. 👌🏼
what would've made this perfect is when margot said "oh well we can only invite the AUDIENCE" matt damon walks out of the audience....we need more of the damon/kimmel feud
God yes. Honestly, you should write for these dudes.

Everytime I see Quentin Tarantino I think of him in the badass movie From Dusk Till Dawn
Richie Gecko. 🤓
It’s funny, that’s actually my least favorite Tarantino film
11:37 Never thought I would be so disappointed to see Margot Robbie 😭😂
Hackman others in the comments are mad lol
Sameeee like i want to know the answer ffs
Seems like she was let out just at the moment it would be asked, so it wouldn't be answered.
Quentin would make a good rapper tbh
bc hes always drugged tf out
And he's fast enough
Vic Corleone loooool😂😂🤣🤣
he probably ghost writed tupac
In his movies he likes good "rapist"
Rap sucks tho
I like all Quentin's movies, so I want to check out his interviews. Right after hearing him talk, I got hooked. He is full of energy and passion. Whenever I feel down or out of energy, I come here just to listen to him talk. Quentin Tarantino is my cocaine!
The passion of making movies QUENTIN TARANTINO will go down as a LEGEND among great DIRECTORS adding to his filmography.
He's like the crazy professor but with triple the brainpower. Thank you for another one Mr Tarantino.
Tarantino didnt answer the Star Trek question! dammit Margot!
Khaaaaaaaaaaaan!
Abdul Salam that I think was set up. It’s like he doesn’t want us to know about the movie.
@@dylantrott18 especially because Leo invited them earlier on I believe

Notice how when he asked about Star Trek Margot Robbie interrupted, that had to mean something

Nah. To me it's just ADHD. It's more likely Kimmel is on the powder.
Tarantino is always like this during interviews. He’s not on drugs. Y’all need to chill.
