J. A. He’s extremely passionate and you don’t get to reach his status and near perfect career by being careless and indifferent about your film. He seems very intense and wants every single frame and choice to be perfect, and someone who doesn’t live inside his head could find that intimidating to live up to. Being in a Tarantino movie means that as far as he’s concerned, you’ll be in one of the best movies of the decade and the weight falls on you and everyone else to not mess it up and not be the weak link. But every actor has said they’d work with him again in a heartbeat if he asked, so I’m sure he’s not unreasonable and probably opens up to anyone who’s willing to cooperate to the max, as all his actors and crew members seem to do. If you see footage from his sets, everyone seems to be in a very good mood, even when they’re unaware they’re being filmed.
The importance of Margot's performance and Sharon Tate's purpose and role in this movie are so understated in many of the interviews I have seen. The historical knowledge and context that many viewers familiar with Sharon Tate's story will take into this film lends so much to the sense of suspense and anticipation the audience feel building throughout the film - audience emotion that is pivotal at the climax of the film. I would have loved for an interviewer to pose a question around this.
I love Leo! He is such a great actor..so professional... only talking about the film being a work of art...artists ... admiration to others..he is so sweet...humble and sensible! Well done Leo!!! ❤❤
John Smith well, come on; she was invited for a reason! she was a part of this movie (and a vital part as well), as well as being an actor who’s job is being an actress (ofc) so she does have stuff to talk about. you cant just completely ignore someone just because there are better people to talk to

@@enhanced6892Margot did work with Leo a few years before on The Wolf of Wall Street.
Ya know for how intimidating Quentin can seem- he actually seems like a truly accessible dude if you’re just nice and have a passion!
I just spent 20 min imagining a life with Brad Pitt. So fiinnnneeeee!!!!

He really has a beautiful energy.

Can you blame him? Those other 3 are far more interesting to talk to about the history of film and their techniques.
John Smith well, come on; she was invited for a reason! she was a part of this movie (and a vital part as well), as well as being an actor who’s job is being an actress (ofc) so she does have stuff to talk about. you cant just completely ignore someone just because there are better people to talk to

It's interesting the difference in demeanor between Leo and Brad. It's funny Brad is all relaxed, Leo is very diplomatic. I think Leo kind of feels the weight of his position as one of the two biggest leading men in modern cinema and is very thoughtful and diplomatic wanting to avoid a misstep whereas Brad has kind of gotten to the other side of it and let go of the need or pressure to do that

They shouldn't invite Margot in interview if they have in mind to ignore her🤔
I dont think she's in the movie that much from what she has said in other interviews. Her part is quite small apparently.
I heard she only has 10’lines in the whole movie. It makes sense for her not to have that much to say in the interview
Google-L well I just reject your hypothesis
What do you mean?? She was the first one to speak for a while and by the way she was revealing tips of the movie scenes being a little stupid with all the respect.
Margot is chilling leave her alone
I like how Leo doesn't really laugh when everyone's laughing either because something was funny or just to be polite. Leo has been this way since he was 15.. he didn't laugh that easily even if it was for David Letterman right in front of him trying so hard to make him laugh
I'm obsessed with this movie! I'm not a big Tarantino fan, but this movie is going into the Library of Congress as a cultural phenomenon, a historically significant cinematic masterpiece. Tarantino’s best work. The film, Tarantino, and DiCaprio will be nominated for Academy Awards.

Good video!! Does the Interviewer know that Margot is still there after the first 2 minutes?
@SquidBag Even though that wasnt my point, yeah beautiful legs, didnt know they were so long but yeah still, yeah the Dude still thinks he is living in 1960's, she is a great actress and i wanted to hear her talk about her character and working with these legends but this guy probably had no questions for her and was made ask her one at the start, kind of reminds me of Anchor Man and him saying diversity is an old wooden ship😁
SquidBag That’s some pathetic sexist comment. Reducing a woman’s purpose to be a show piece. She’s a good actress and she’s smart and well spoken.
SquidBag 😂 Stop trying to incite the mob.
At one stage in the video she was twiddling her fingers or whatever, i think she was fake laughing from boredom..😆
Well ... The others just speak so much better with depth. Esp Quinton and Leo.

All the guys look like they just rolled out of bed and threw on two day old scrub clothes. The poor actress spent 3-4 hours getting ready and professionally showed up but had little addressed her way. Kudos for her dedication and patience.
This is just the way that different standards are being applied to women and men in this day and age still. Sad but true. Speaking of which: Since you already noticed the difference in styling, what about the more important question which is "Why didn't they get a 40 something years old actress to be in this movie alongside the 40 and 50 something years old male leads? This double-standard where older dudes remain employable and older women get no work in Hollywood is the real problem!
The interview was fun to watch but I did feel like they forgot about Margot Robbieyou can even kind of see it on her face
I don’t think she has a big role tbh so it’s only natural that the discussion goes to the famous director sitting on her right and the two most popular leads of the last few decades who are in a movie for the first time. I didn’t get that vibe from Margot, more like just enjoying everyone’s banter
@@shauner8754 I agree with what you're saying I just think she looked uncomfortable cuz they kind of just forgot about her that's all I'm saying and not just that she's a beautiful woman sandwiched in between three dudes
I think she understands that her co stars are the superstars of this film and they are the main characters, her role is quite small in this movie as well, she has mentioned this other interviews.
Well I mean come on it’s brad and Leo. Two of the biggest stars since the mid nineties
We both made the same comment to a degree..
It was such an imbalanced interview
Just saw this film and for once in a long time we are talking about performances, specific scenes, and even quotes from them after coming out of a movie. It was refreshing to share this experience with other people in the theatre. Stark contrast to walking out of a movie talking about special effects, how everyone died, and CGI, CGI blah blah blah. This movie was a masterpiece, and I cannot wait to watch it again.

This is a great interview. I really like the last part where Quintin talks about how you should be surprised by your own reaction. It makes me think about how I took my 16 year old Daughter to this film. It was the second time I saw it, it was the first time she saw it. After the ultra violent part she looked at me and said "Wow, what did I just watch?"? I realized this is how I responded the first time. This is one of the best films I have had the pleasure to watch.
Only interviewer who never mentions peoples names..its hey did you do this or what was your thought looking at someone else...total knob
Gotta love how the interviewer just completely disregards Margot's existence
I enjoyed a good deal of this interview, but I wish Margot would have gotten a few more questions. I understand that Leo and Brad's characters have larger roles in the movie, but I think she probably has interesting perspectives and thoughts on the film that we didn't get to see. (also the "did you know who Sharron Tate even was" question could have been phrased better. I get where the interviewer was trying to go with that question, but it came across as a tad condescending). Can't wait for the movie!

She was really missed out? What does that mean?
Dan Maler Leo and Brad and Quentin are like the Marx Brothers and Margot didn’t even get to be Lydia the Tattooed Lady.
Dan Maler Because all she was called to discuss was playing Sharon Tate; the three guys got to discuss “making movies.”
Yeah I normally am not one to acknowledge this, but Margot was almost ignored. I felt the interviewer did a poor job of just starting with her and “moving to the meat and potatoes” .. she’s one of the most if not the most talented actresses on the Earth.
