      I still haven't seen it yet. I remember after Pulp came out, then this strange thing came out called Destiny Turns on the Radio and then Four Rooms and I felt like I was going to be part of a new wave of filmmaking... sadly the movie was horrendous and bombed, and then nothing came out of this era of potential 70s-like films in the late 90s. Tarantino survived but everything kind of went back to action films and then whatever the 2000s produced. I don't think there was a new wave until Marvel movies started coming out nearly a decade after.

    Like Tarantino, I could listen to Dana Carvey recite that entire movie -- he was doing such an awesome job of it. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood SHOULD have won Best Picture and he should have won Best Director.

    • @AndreFernandesMovies
      @AndreFernandesMovies 2 года назад +14

      No, it shouldnt. It's a very good movie for sure, but still its not even on his top 5 of movies he directed. And saying he should have won BP and Best Director is not fair, specially to movies like Parasite which was by far the most deserving movie of the night and thank god they won Best Picture and director. And 1917 was number two on the list.

    • @TheWelchProductions
