Just found your channel and it is great, I’m 66, just getting over knee replacement surgery, and have been watching your videos, learning a lot from them, keep up the great work and I also subscribed to your channel too.
Brother: I just got into this channel for the last couple of days. This is exactly what I didn't know I was looking for ! LOL ! Love the work out's ! PS ... The graphics in the back ... inspiring ... PPS ... I'm Canadian.
I was doing tree trimming and tree/stump removal and used to have to pick up and load log sections too big for grinders and other reasons on speed and I was always big strong guy so it was my job to do thr grunt work and it definitely helped my.ivwralll power and build. I did manual labor of all.types from roofing and pool remodeling and each job strengthens you incredibly in their own ways. People pay so much money for this when they can literally just go to work on a real mans.job
@@RuggedFitnessLifestyle I'm still in the early stages. Did my first 100lb session, with a 1min pause between each rep. Weight seemed tough but I think I could go for more, but definitely need to work on my breathing/bracing technique as I got a bit dizzy at one point. Thanks for the inspiration and the goal. Nice to know what's humanly possible! Really loving these short format workouts for us to try.. gold.

It sucked man! 😅 appreciate you! Hopefully you’ll try it?
100%. This is an absolutely beastly display of strength & proficiency.

2:00 I don’t see you SLAM the sandbag down. Couldn’t there be added benefit than just dropping it from the shoulder?
Do you lift any barbell weights or just use sandbags to get jacked? Love thecontent.
Yu a beast man !!. Send me a sticker for Genesis Martial arts.
