Very nice! I would advice: 1) more close-up shots of the models 2) reduce the size of the score window and increase the top right one, where the action mostly takes place.
Just came across your videos! They are great, and I am looking forward to more. I like your style of battle report, and I think I might give it a try for some of my games.
Outstanding Battle Report! That's exactly the way it should be done, very entertaining. Thanks for posting Gents. Sorry your dice rolling was terrible!
@@stevetjames7922 yeah we reduce everything by 50% , so infantry move 6” , command radius is 6” , cavalry move 9”. It works well and we have a smaller table. Cavalry getting a triple move still go a long way!
Very nice report. You missed some rules if I might say so. You cannot rally disordered units as they can receive no order, You can only move forward or backward close to the enemy as per proximity rules (happened on a late flanking move). Square fight with 2 dice only (seemded you fought with more but was hard to tell).
@@CreakyGamersHistorical love the format. have you tried the house rules from The Border Reivers Wargames Society? It really fixes some of the clumsiness of BP and gives it more of a Napoleonic feel.
@@NossCalavera1670 No we haven't tried them , but I have had a look at their house rules and they do look very good. I think they really missed an opportunity by not making some of those sorts of changes to BP2.0 :(
WARdROBE Plays WW2 sent me. Subscribed and looking forward to making my way through your videos.
Good stuff , thanks 👍
Brilliant, all the best Garry

OK thanks , I'll swap things around a bit , we have an ACW game this weekend.
I agree. The unchanging score area was unused space.
Thanks, enjoyed, look forward to the ACW game.
Nice game, I like that the top view was large. I enjoyed it very much. Cheers
Thanks for the feedback Alejandro :)

Great , thanks for the feedback :)
Nice table. Where did you get the blue measuring sticks?
I think they are old measuring sticks from a war hammer box.
Most excellent! Beautiful minis and terrain. And I loved the format.
Awesome, thank you!
best tabletop format . well done !
Thanks for the feedback :)

Thanks for the feedback , the dice rolls can only get better :)
great video !!! Cheers from omaha wargames !!
Clash of Eagles is a fantastic supplement, never had much interest in that campaign before reading it.
Wow - lovely looking game. Can I ask about scale? Is your table 6x4? Are you using centimetres or inches as written?
Thanks
Thanks
We play 15mm on a 6x4 table.
We use inches but reduce all the ranges etc by 50%.
@@CreakyGamersHistorical - and movement distances by half too?
I love how it makes BP doable on a normal table 👍😁😎

@@CreakyGamersHistorical - great vid - would to see more 15mm BP naps 👍😁😎🏴❤️ inspirational
Great game, btw where did ya get the measuring sticks from?
They were from a company called Corsec Engineering , but I think they have shut down :(
Very nice battle what’s the tables size?
6x4 table

Thanks , yes you are correct , we were a bit rusty on the rules :(
What is this exactly? I've never seen this game before. What is it called?
Black Powder 2 and the supplement Clash of Eagles
You should have titled this video "I'm going to do this...Or not!"
May be worth doing it how 7th son does - ie movement phase is top view and then rest is your top right full screen.
Nice vid!
NossCalavera1670 thanks, we are always experimenting with the format.
