    Greeting from Madoc, Ontario. I came across one of your you tube videos a little while ago and, your stuff all over my news feed. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful advice you’re offering and for free. Need your advice in regards to chronic pain. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia back in 1988. Did all sorts of therapies over the years nothing helped in the long term. A few years ago I started having joint pains along with the other pains. My doctor prescribed oxicodone after knee replacement surgery in 2017. Just last year I started having memory problems and stopped cold turkey. I take a couple of Tylenol extra strength or alive which only takes the edge of the pain. I’m desperate for some lasting relief. Healing. It’s been so long that I haven’t felt well I don’t know what that looks like. I’m 77 years old have never been without pain for over 40 years. I’m weary of the whole thing, and willing to do anything. I am hopeful that your protocol would help me. May the good Lord bless you and your family abundantly.

    How many calories and fiber in your full average smoothie. . Or can anyone in the group can help me out. And I need to get my Blood pressure down ASAP. Have treated my HBS High cholesterol no more meds. BP is average is 165/82 been using my Vita Mix wrong for years. What program should I do. Rapid recovery or Higher priority nutrition. I'm ready. Any help is appreciated. Big fan of Dr Brook Goldners's Smoothie recipe. I'm 71 had two HA and CV 19 pandemic recovering still working on my balance and walking. Born with one kidney

      If you can afford it and want daily help/ coaching…do RR the protocol is very strict healing happens quickly. Only good is going into the body, nothing harmful or inflammatory

    I have type 2 diabetes/ high cholesterol
    Is drinking smoothies all enough or should I be eating raw vegetables also

    I'm so confused about avocado..why do plant based doctors say to stay under 20 grams of fat a day... or they say you can't combine fat and sugar( bananas)...you say we can eat unlimited avocado....how are we supposed to make sense of the confusion? I can't even get started on your protocol until I clear up the confusion .

      hyper nourishment has nothing to do with anything else and you can and should start that right away. i watch A LOT of content from the plant based doctor pantheon lol and never saw anything about avoiding mixing fat and sugar. the recommendation to curb avocado intake might apply to someone with heart disease or in overweight/obesity situation.

      @@Crazydoglady. ok i checked it out and my view is this is irrelevant minutiae, and i've never heard any of the the star plant based doctors mention this. there's so much of this type of noise of fringe phenomena and processes that tends to drown out the big, important points. dr G is a perfect antidote to this as she only recommends no nonsense approaches that work and that she's verified through her extensive clinical experience. the big picture idea is this: eat predominantly (90% and up) *whole food plant based* diet, in the amount suitable for your level of activity and focusing on nutrient density; don't overly scrutinize the macronutrient distribution but make sure you're getting a decent amount of protein (the requirement goes up with age) and some fat; supplement with d3 and b12 (and iodine if you're not getting iodine from salt). if you nail this you don't need to worry about all those other things, or as Doug Lisle says: 'don't major in minor stuff' lol.

      Avocados have high content of omega 6 fatty acid which is inflammatory just like most nuts. If you are getting high amounts of omega 3 with your flax seeds then it will counteract the omega 6 of 1 avacado per day.

    Such good questions and responses. One question I have and hope that I can get on the next Q&A is concerning the process of getting off of lupus and RA drug when you are doing the protocol, labs show all things normal but physician refuses to titrate or even elimate medications. My first thought is to get a new rheumatologist to review the chart and meds because how do I continue taking meds which are suppressing my immune system while I am nutritioning and supporting my immune system. Doesn't that total confuse the body?

      additives (processed gums thickeners emulsifiers) can work against digestion. Grain milk is not in her healing protocol.
      Her son is not trying to heal illness thank God. 💕

      You only need B12 and vitamin D if you live in Alaska.

      do not take a vitamin supplement. actually studies were done on this and showed it shortens, yes, shortens lifespan. we're not meant to take in micronutrients in this isolated, and often synthetic way. like others say definitely b12, and definitely d3 unless you live near equator. possibly iodine if you don't eat iodized salt.

      Also make sure to wash vegetables thoroughly. I often add vinegar to water and leave vegetables in them for at least 5 mins, then rinse out.

      I noticed my store bought boxed greens went bad faster than the expiration date. I also got diarrhea once.
      Always always Smell the green Prior to putting them in smoothie!!

    Fat + sugar = insulin resistance when done for long enough. Fat or sugar almost alone no problem. Fasting means eating your own fat = resolves insulin resistance. 😊 Also, animal foods are what we evolved on. Not greens. Not starch. Not fruits.
