    Thank you so very much. I'm not sick. But last February I decided I would do smoothies for just one month. I picked February because it's a short month! LOL I'm still doing them I got addicted. LOL I do also eat a WFPB diet.

    Im on my 3rd week of her hypernourishing smoothies. It is taking inflammation out of my body. So much so, I just cancelled my knee replacement surgery. I have less pain from the smoothies I'm guessing from the omega 3s..than i have from steroid shots, lub shots, lazer treatments, stem cells, chiropractic...etc..
    Im going to give it 6 months and see where i am.

    yes for bloating, sometimes mixing fats with fruits will cause bloating b/c fruits move very quickly through the GI tract while fats take much longer - so when fruits are blocked by something else in the intestines, they will ferment and produce gas... so if you eat your fruits first or earlier in the day, that would eliminate that problem.

    Hi Dr G I posted my question during the live but did not get a chance to get it answered. This was my question . I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma today. I also have lupus, planned to do your protocol this year and want to know if the diet and chemo will cancel each other out. Great live by the way.

    Re: mushrooms- actually white, crimini, portobello, and morel need to be cooked. They have toxic [but heat sensitive] compound called agaritine which is easily cooked out. Great info otherwise!

    what dressings or flavorings are allowed in the rapid recovery program to make these raw vegetables taste better?

    • @fortcastlevgn2368
      @fortcastlevgn2368 Год назад

      apple cider vinegars
      all vinegars really balsamic venigar no issues with it,, AND IM EXTREmely reactive to fats and sugars (mollasse for bread and avocado,, tho avocado does react a little (no idea why Le Grand Phylosophie des plantes (its like a philadelfia but from cashews no fkin OILS) and havent had SO MUCH issues from it,,
      BUT RAW IS SUPerior ,, allows me to Eat some fruits,, but starched based diets i have to be careful of fruits
      you can do fruit sauces for your salads,, berries in blender,, put a fkin banana or oranges in your salads,, (if not too sick A LITTLE NUts and fatty seeds but STRONGLY NOT recommend if you want good results,, even fruits unlkess you raw then youll know by testing it yourself
      FIND YOUR OWN TRUTH MAKE SOME FKIN tests
      (if not raw you can put beans in your salad,, potatoes NO FAT OF ANY KIND (tho i do know extra cold cold pressed bull shit olive oil is not the worse BUT NO ITS BAD DONT PUT IT IN YOUR FKIN salad
      go check WFpb doctors salad dressing (some make cashew based dressing again BAD FOR OMEGA6 inflamatrions
      oh but nootch is ok no side effects and tasty (just go get some berries in a magic bullet) or better stick with vinegars OR EAT IT RAW EVEN BETTER (tho beans in salad is not the worse in my experience,,) (i just eat veggies in front of tv or during my huge long bike run,, so i dont even notice im eating it 100% raw with nothing,,
      its actually good once you get sober,, i eat all my veggies without nothing now if raw (only brocoli and cabages n other couple ones not there yet,, keep for wfpb meals (potato rice bean stews mixes,, just put it all in a fkin casserol,, NO TRACES OF FATS

    Hi Dr. G!
    For the healing protocols what forms of exercise do you recommend? I’ve been doing weight training and it was pointed out in the fb group that until fully healed weight training may not be best/could be pro inflammatory.
