I am 21 years old, I’ve had suicidal thoughts since I was 16 until last year when I wanted more than ever to end my life, but God saved me. I couldn’t seem to stop my brain from running and spinning and mostly think negatives things about myself and others and how I felt that I was being better than others and constantly judging others and myself. I was hard on myself an on others in my thoughts, while always trying to better myself, to be a good person and when I saw how bad I am I fell so low and then I didn’t even realize how bad I was by constantly judging others and I am still confronting with that, but through Jesus’s sacrifice and love I am still here, I have way to The Father and I know and I see how he helps me and teaches me everyday to be more lil though I have so much more to learn and my entire life. I want to thank you for pouring your heart to God and making such beautiful heartfelt songs that I believe are originally like a letter/prayer to God before they are a song for us(though I may be wrong so please correct me)

Religion doesn’t save you. Being a good person won’t save you. God does. Through Christ God saves you from all sins, though that is hard work and then you are required to fight everyday. God saves, God loves, God is real. Jesus is real, He died for me, He died for us.
