I'm 37. Been with my wife 22 years. She seen every raw emotion I can express. Shia and Jon really have this experience...What it's like to be in such a dark place & understand what a "real one" is. Cheers to both of them. I'm in a dark place right now, but I know I have a real one...There is a burden there...a weight you don't want anyone to bare for you. But they stand tall anyway.

    • @Rowsic

Im 22 and what I've learned recently is that a lack of compassion for yourself is the most difficult place to be in. We need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with ourselves + others and not judge our emotions. When you feel so undeserving of a hand that you judge yourself for feeling those emotions and being in the state that you're in, is the moment in which you need others to offer you a wave of compassion and love the most. And in that way, we all strengthen each other.
