We need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with ourselves + others and not judge our emotions. When you feel so undeserving of a hand that you judge yourself for feeling those emotions and being in the state that you're in, is the moment in which you need others to offer you a wave of compassion and love the most. She was able to remind you of being in a better place, even if you both shared only a smile... that love is real, and deep, and rare. So touched by this, as you are such a great actor, how others have spoken of your dedication to the roles you play. Life is a process in which moments like these present themselves, and we heal.❤

Back to being vulnerable. Back to telling his story. Back to expressing how much he appreciates this woman and her love. He described a real one by being real himself here.

I don’t typically care about what an actor is experiencing off camera but this guy was just so special from the jump and his fall from grace was a gut punch! I have been pulling for him to win for years! I just wanted him to be one of those rare ones that goes through the gauntlet and comes out in the end, not unharmed but forever changed. He has an artist heart through and through and I just want all the best for him because I know he thinks he doesn’t deserve it but truly he does. Shia you are a special human! The way his brain works is really interesting. Putting together a coherent (in Shia terms) view on love and his relationship towards love and acceptance and growing whilst incorporating the imagery that still defines him. I hope he gets a grasp on that artistic part of his imagination when he’s better. His understanding, with time and healing will be even better and I’m sure will allow him to tap into that strange greatness he has even more clearly and healthily.
    Stay strong brother.
