You couldn’t do a show like this these days sadly, due to health and safety..can’t cause anxiety and negative emotions which can cause mental health issues all be it temporarily…… bring back 80s
Apparently, the show used to add bleeps to the footage for comic effect, even when there was no swearing. I can believe they didn’t need to do too much of that with Dave Hughes 😂
With
Love seeing old TV. When I see cilla black it reminds me of Saturday night tea, having chips and pie. The 80s were amazing but the 90s were better 👌
I remember watching this episode when it aired I was like 8. And my god those adverts were so nostalgic to see again
"Who dropped a van on my head?" 😂
People must have been paranoid as heck walking around in the late 80's 😂
Thanks for uploading the Murder She Wrote continuity and opening. This is from the 4 November 1989.
Poor Trish relegated to reading the most generic announcement possible there!
Poor Dave, initially he was in a such a meltdown when he thought he saw his van taking the plunge but at least he was relieved once Jeremy Beadle showed up.
Thank you so much for this 1980’s memory. Real nostalgia from my schooldays.
Loved this show, my belly hurt and gained a six pack when I was about 8yrs old, alongside Hale & Pace and Spitting Image. With the adverts really taking me back, I want to watch Murder She Wrote on Sundays after Rawhide, Columbo, The A-Team, Captain Scarlet, Little House on the Prairie, Land of the Giants, The Incredible Hulk and of course, Songs of Praise. LOL
Best reaction ever lol. I really do miss these kind of shows.
Somehow I remember this and I played it to see if I did remember it! Amazing what you have tucked away in your memory which is locked up and untouched for more than 30 years.
I love that you kept the adverts in. Thanks for sharing.
Take me back. Care free 8 year old watching this with my brother and parents. Happy Days.
I was going to complain you left the adverts in but it was so nostalgic so thank you
I miss the 90s
Really great thank you
Wedding tent was an accurate description😊
