Who Wants To Be A Millionaire had people calling such a number to have a chance to get on the show thus raising the money for the prizes. Since then networks create shows that would involve people calling 09 numbers such as: Big Brother I'm A Celebrity Strictly Come Dancing The Voice Dancing On Ice X Factor Britain's Got Talent
