Spent more than a few days camped out down there in those endless long ago summer days; not in the Barrow itself which generally smells of piss, but blowing up and down the country and beyond like a leaf on the wind. There's still real and powerful in those sites that touches, changes and affects anyone who visits them whether they think so or not. Or so I feel. Which is rather long-winded way of saying, "I was there."

Yes agree Eris. Our ancestors had tremendous tenacity, respect for the natural landscape and respect for their fallen ones
