    BEST OLINE VIDEO I HAVE EVER SEEN. I play in Paris and the coaches overthere dont know as much on lineman positions so I just check techniques on youtube and I have never seen anything better than this

    Good points here but some of these techniques are Highly technical and risky in my opinion. Lets say for example that corkscrew move. It can’t have a high succes rate against a experienced passrusher.Could you demonstrate some recovering and reanchoring techniques too in the future since obviously no technique works everytime.

    When I try to reset my feet my cleat catches the turf and get stuck then I fall backwards

      work on 'quick feet' drills and your hip flexibility.

      That's because your feet are still under you. Need to get your feet behind you and roll your hips.

    This doesn’t work because they are applying constant pressure so if you jump no matter how little of a jump, they are going to get the advantage and run you over

      U can grab on but they have to be in front of u and engaged... If they are passed you you gotta let go

      You can grab on the inside, on the chest plates. But if you grab the shoulders or get your hands outside his frame you'll get called for holding.
