      Same here I’m a young middle school oline/Dline coach but I’ve only played D line wit maybe 4 snaps of oline so this vid helped!

    great drills for young OL... im a DB coach by trade... but my kid is a LT... go figure... so youtube is GREAT to give us offseason footwork drills... this stuff is GREAT!!!

      I know this a really old comment, but I believe he means as an olinemen, aiming to put your big toe on the dlinemen’s pinky toe to the play side.

    Flipper? It is a forearm. I would teach it a little different than what is show at 4:30.

      Wade berry flipper shouldn’t be taught at all. Kids try to block that way and it’s ineffective against evolving defensive techniques. They use the flipper and not their hands as a defender it’s super easy to slide off. I’m talking 1st-8th grade.

      flipper aint bad when u going against some monsters and your undersized....if that hand transition is smoove than it's the ultimate weapon
