youve mentioned several times that lactobacillus shows its not optimal to take. is there ever a time that it is beneficial? if not then that would mean most common ferments like saurkraut and even yogurt would be bad to eat correct? or is there a point where it is good and helps bring along butyrate producing bacteria?
also what about bacilus subtilis in natto? what do you say regarding that bacteria?

In the dysbiotic gut, adding fermented foods is not a good idea. You're adding lactate, to what's probably a lactate-rich environment. Nevermind more Lactobacillus. The goal should be to have the fermentation occur in the gut, and instead of feeding lactate-producing bacteria, feed butyrate-producing bacteria. See my video on pH for more.
