Hey everyone! In this video, I address the hair thinning I've experienced for the past few years and the solutions that really helped! For me, my eczema and scalp issues went hand in hand and the reason why I stayed away from more intense hair growth topicals was because my scalp was so sensitive. I really did not want to introduce a product that would irritate it in any way. Red light therapy has been shown to reduce eczema itchiness and inflammation so I knew using Laduora would not negatively affect my scalp/skin. I started without the pods as first and then introduced them to see if I would have a reaction but did not experience any irritation at all!

(this is not the Triple Detox Shampoo but it looks like Living Proof might be phasing it out? This shampoo pretty much claims to do exactly the same thing - in any case, I've always liked Living Proof products so I just got a bottle... we shall see how it goes!)

I don’t know this brand well and there are lots of bad stories related with mlm products but not all mlm products are bad.

I would recommend stopping the treatment for awhile to determine whether the treatment is effective, or if it's natural recovery. Hair fall occurs 3-4 months after a traumatic event ('telogen effluvium' is the medical term) and can last 6-12 months. After which, the hair will naturally recover to pre-event growth and fall rates. Also note that collagen needs to be taken with proteins to be effective. Finally, this type of hair receding can be genetic, and triggered by the traumatic event. See if your siblings or parents have the same hairline as you (slightly back from average).

Thank you for sharing this. It can be vulnerable! Are these the only things you do for hair growth? Just curious. I saw on the site some people might use Rogaine with the device and also see results. I would just want to use the device.

I see a holistic practitioner that customizes my supplement routine to fit with whatever symptoms I’m dealing with in that moment in time… she recommended the Modere pure collagen because it’s one of the only brands through their research that actually does what it is supposed to do. I’m excited to see what it can do for my skin and gut health. I’m an eczema sufferer, and topical treatments aren’t doing it for me!

Listen, I lose hair because of traumatic events, due to bodily inflammation/chronic illness, etc. And nothing has yet worked for me, but if these work for you, then I am so happy for that. It takes so much time and patience to see if things work. I'm just glad you're able to share with us. Your brows look amazing btw, and your skin. So despite everything, you're looking amazing.

Steph, I was surprised by the title of this. I’ve always thought your hair was so thick and nice looking.
As a girlie with fine thinner white girl hair (yet quite wavy/textured) I have been self conscious for a long time about my hair. Love/hate if you will. I also have scalp psoriasis… so you talking about your eczema resonated with me.
Anyways, I appreciate this video a lot and love you! 🥰
