Putting a Formule E clip in this compilation...
Ralf Schumacher, Spa 2001 when they forgot to lower his jack
This entire video, it's like the script was written by a child that's never seen F1, and then read by someone who knows even less than that child... What's "funny" about these clips?
Also, I got frustrated and started just skipping through, I might be wrong, but it seems like there were only 24
You you moron - cannot even pronounce the names correctly. ! what a pillock
There was one driver back in the seventies who turned into a parking lot by mistake when he was attempting a pit stop. Don't remember who.
Don't think this video creator knows much about F1
It’s not a creator , it’s just edits with inaccurate commentary
Agreed. 2021 Hungary, saying that all cars started from the pit to change from slicks to wets is wrong. It was the other way round. Dumbass
I got 6 mins in. Nothing funny about crashing or being run over. And the narrator can’t even pronounce the names of the drivers correctly on what is supposed to be an F1 channel.
Unforgivable…
Full of mispronunciations, and factual mistakes
Genuinely feels like someone found a random 25 crazy F1 moments article and then asked ChatGPT to describe each of the 25 individually in the way that would make it most obvious the content creator had never watched, listened to or even heard the result of an F1 race in their life.
And did no more effort than that.
@@luckyspurseven less: using AI to read a chatgpt script
Refusing to race on unsafe tires for the 2005 US Grand Prix was not stupid.
They should have Raced, idiot
That was not stupid. Having 6 cars race was though
It wasn’t stupid. Not coming up with a reasonable solution so everyone could race and pushing forward with a 6 car race was very stupid
I was at that Grand Prix. As I remember it, Michelin had the option of shipping sets of a harder compound tire that could survive the loads through the high-speed bank section where Ralf crashed. Because the tire wouldn't be competitive with the Bridgestone tires, Michelin and their teams orchestrated a boycott instead of owning the safety issue. I was a Ferrari fan at the time but still felt really cheated out of a good experience. FOM stood their ground and awarded points to the teams that raced.
I perfectly remember that race as it was yesterday. But it was almost 20 years ago!!!! How fast is the time passing ......
The amount of misinformation in this is astounding.
Yeah, I'm at the Lando Norris losing the lead in the rain one (the 3rd video) and that's not remotely stupid. Just insanely unfortunate.
Might stop watching there.
@@luckyspurs Nah, Lando was being stupid.
4:47
NOT a Williams!
I hate, when people do these videos, who OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT FANS of the sport!!
11:40 “with a race restart on the cards, every team predicted that intermediate tyres would be needed except Lewis Hamilton’s side of the Mercedes team”
Every team actually predicted that dry tyres would be needed except Lewis Hamilton’s side of the Mercedes team, who started with intermediate tyres.
And this was a race restart after the race had been red flagged. Everyone did the formation lap on intermediate tyres, and everyone re entered the pits to change to dry tyres, before getting to the grid to restart, except Hamilton, so when the race restarted, Hamilton was the only one who restarted from the grid, but he was on the wrong tyres. He dropped to last place when he pitted to change to dry tyres but by the end of the race he finished in 2nd place
12:20 The video is entitled “Dumbest F1 Moments Ever”.
Formula E is not F1
18:55 “The impact spun Raikkonen into Rosberg, who was waiting beside him”
No, Hamilton drove into the back of Raikkonen, pushing him forward, then Rosberg drove into the back of Hamilton. Kubica was waiting beside Raikkonen. Kubica was not hit in this incident, and went on to win the race.
Also the image used in the thumbnail did not happen at an F1 event. It also did not appear in your video, so you’re using clickbait……poor
What actually happened with the vehicle you used in the thumbnail, as clickbait, is explained excellently in this video by an amazing motorsport channel called Driver 61

thanks for clearing these up!
We certainly make some mistakes once in a while, but we'll try our best to improve moving forward :)
@@RacersReverie- Also the thumbnail you’ve used didn’t happen in an F1 event.
It is explained in this video

@@RacersReverie Once in a while? The whole video is full of mistakes. It's not once in a while. It's once every minute
Carlos “Sane’s” ?!!
That pronunciation should have made the list.
When does he say this? i missed it
This is why you have to know enough about a subject to edit the ChatGPT script on it.
The information being said about those races is absolute bullshit, the first clip, I watched that qualifying session and the drivers were doing a 2nd run and none of them wanted to give the other driver a tow as Monza is a high speed track and that's why most of them ran out of time.
At least get your facts right as there is an army of F1 fans who will see this rubbish video and pull apart the narrated crap.
having a bad day?
How is pointing out that information is wrong is having a bad day ? I guess you must be very stupid 🙄
@@nukenuke4286 are you, that's a shame.
It was annoying me aswell.
@@nukenuke4286 wanna be funny?
The case of Felipe Massa who was in such a hurry that he brought fuel nozzle when he was in the pit stop during the F1 race in Singapore in 2008 should have been included
8:50 Hamilton was only at Mclaren for 5 years
5:10 : "the passenger" its the driver's side.
The first one is not correct, it is not that they were send out to late, just nobody wanted to go first. Monza has a lot of straights, therefore a tow is quite strong and nobody wanted to give away that Advantage.
5:09
NOT the passenger! The DRIVER!!
RUclipsr is from UK i guess 😅
2008 Singapore Grand prix, Massa boxed, an left the fuel hose on the car, and it caught fire.
Quite funny how so many of these incidents are very recent!
9:35 ferrari doing ferrari things
Ferrari won that race. The pitstop happened under safety car, which meant that they would catch the rest of the field before the restart, so they only lost a few track positions, which turned out to be of less significance than getting proper tyres on. This video itself is dumber than most of the incidents shown.
@@Minkouski yeah but still it was ferrari doing ferrari things
What about when Kimi lost its way on the track service road😂
Nothing in this Video makes sense:
- Title says funniest moments, this is changed in the first seconds of the video to funniest and most stupid moments
- How is a driver hiting the medical car funny or stupid? It's a incident that nobody wanted to happen
- Title says F1 History, yet one point is about Formula E
- How is aborting a race for safety reasons dumb or 'the worst decision'?
I'm not here to say your videos are bad, they certainly are very good at terms of production quality. But some of your points are very weak or outride another category.
So this one gets a downvote from me, I'm sorry.
Agreed. There are a lot of funny moments in F1. But except for stopping at the wrong pitbox, none of these are funny.
You need to get laid bro...
4:12 Lando won his first race Sunday last at Miami. Thrilled for both Lando and McLaren, finally back on the top step after many many years.
You forgot the hilarious 2021 Baku Restart Hamilton locking up at T1 😂😂😂😂😂
1:05 It wasn't just that the teams sent the drivers out late, it was that the drivers were sandbagging and trying to "fall behind" each other because nobody wanted to be first and punch a hole in the air for everyone else... e.g., you can see someone, IIRC it was Ricciardo, going down the escape road. That quali was also that caused minimum out lap times to be introduced.
11:40 That's essentially a lose/lose situation for anyone in P1 - if they pit, nobody else does, and if they don't everyone else will.
good video idea, riddled with mistakes sadly
What's the dumbest F1 moment you have ever witnessed? - This content? 🤔🙄
I look forward to the race at Spa every year. I think it's arguably the best track in the world. I remember watching this 'race' - what a debacle.
I feel dumb for clicking on the video .
For me, I'd have to vote #1 to Jean Alesi at the Australian GP in 1997 - while running in 2nd place, he ran out of fuel after the Benetton team had been calling him into the pit for fuel for 5 laps. His radio may have been broken, but he also ignored the pit boards, which one could expect a driver should pay extra attention to when his radio is out.
bro this channel is so underated how is there only 125 views.
thanks man!
Appreciate that, hopefully it picks up soon ;)
The script is edited outputs of chat gpt and the description is entirely copied and pasted. also, voice tracks are reused from previous videos.
Cuz it's garbage
Well it did lol
Might it be the AI-generated script and ridiculous narration?
No Germany 2019 Hamilton pitstop? perhaps the most ilarious pitstop in F1 history?? or Bottas in Monaco 2021with the wheelnut that probably still is stuck to his car?
16:22 this guy lmao 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Not a sport anymore,a spectacle
5:21
NO, THANK YOU!!!
'Funniest moments' is abit of a reach for a title
I noticed the announcers are always very supportive of the British drivers but yet tend to make fun of the other drivers. Funny how that tends to happen.
Perfect pronounciation of the names of Räikkönen and Rosberg!
4:10 not a Lando fan, but I don't find it funny for seeing driver suffering from their decision mistakes. I guess our definition of "funny" are pretty different.
Hamilton wasn't at Mclaren for 13 years mate. He were there from 2007-2012, then he went to mercedes in 2013
plus when hamilton started alone on the grid, he was on inters while all others went in to get on slicks :D
5:11 the passenger is the driver… mostly the rest of the world had the steering wheel on the correct side 😂
9:35. Ferrari may of screwed up. But it didn't stop schumi and barrichello finnishing 1-2 in that race.
Noris is not waiting anymore :)
The protest wasn't ''loonaccy'' the protesters stratagy was!
12:17 okay I get protesting formula 1 with the oil protesters they are using gasses fair enough but formula e the motorsport that straight uses only electricity and uses no oil for there cars don't make sense to me.
I get what you're saying, but on the other hand... why not? It's still a huge circus with hundreds of people and tons of equipment travelling all across the globe (in jetliners, obviously). It's a greenwashed version of motorsport, which still upholds an ideology of a mode of transportation, rather than a practical solution. The concept of privately owned cars in cities is either elitist or downright stupid. Besides, the "Last Generation" activists have come up with all sorts of different forms of protests, the goal of which is to maximise attention. So this, as an event right within Germany's capitol city with a worldwide audience, was a prime target. So it makes a lot of sense to me.
The protestors are not protesting the event. They are simply bringing awareness to their cause. This is also why they threw soup at paintings.
Think of it this way - it's a big event, so there are a lot of people watching. Sitting on the track (or throwing soup at a painting) is going to get you in news headlines, so it's an effective way of getting attention.
Why aren't they protesting stuff that's more relevant to their cause? Well, they actually are, but no one seems to talk about it. So, this is a desperate way of getting people to talk about it. It's reminding people that this is a serious issue that they can't ignore, because no matter where people go, there will be people disrupting the event.
I'm definitely not comparing these people to terrorists, but it works with kind of a similar logic - the whole point is that it happens at random. Terrorists do not choose their targets "rationally" - their targets don't necessarily have anything to do with their message. Like, why did the 9/11 terrorists choose the twin towers as their target? And why did the terrorists in France choose a rock concert as their target? Same thing with the recent terrorist attack in Moscow. I don't think the chosen target had anything to do with the reason why they did the attacks.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of this kind of protests. I understand why they do it, but I'm not sure how effective it is. Is it actually just a distraction (especially when the protest has little to do with the event itself), and could there be a better way of doing these protests? (I mean, most of the time when it happens, people aren't actually discussing climate change, but the fact that "the event has nothing to do with climate change - these protests are dumb", so most people are totally missing the point, and the discussion goes nowhere.) But it's a difficult topic with a lot of nuance. I would recommend watching the Just Stop Oil interview on Alex O'Connor's channel if you are actually interested on the topic. /watch?v=44TksbI7faM
9:35
Oh my goodness !
Ferrari have an unbelievably long pitstop with both cars at the same time !
& yet they still managed to finish the race 1-2 🤷♂️
I was at the 2003 grand prix, although we were sat at stowe, so we didnt see the lunatic on the track as he was the other end of the hangar straight
watching the lando moment on the day of his first victory is hilarious
16:00 That was not stupid, it was a corruption of Mercedes. They said Glock to let it pass Hamilton. There is proofs about this.
the hamilton starting alone was himon inters as the track dried - i think it was the warm up or sighting lap, after which, drivers decided to pit, as they are entitled to do, but hamilton stayed out on inters... he would later pit for slicks and lose some time but it was not that bad...
Call the incident where medical staff almost got killed "One of the funniest". Dude. Just stop trying.
The amount of incorrect facts doesn't makeup for the generic text to speach audio that everyone loves on YT now.
everything from Maldonado or the momets when drivers transport each other after crash.
Who is Nick Heidfield? The name is Heidfeld.
Why did you put all of those annoying lines on the footage? 2021 is not vintage archival video.
4:13 how can you blame the driver when he's got an entire team of people that arent filled with adrenaline to make these judgement calls for him?
or do these billion dollar teams really just let their drivers "wing" it?
lol 12:09 another driver is being praised for making the exact same call - just got luckier with weather.
4:16 guess what HE GOT HIS FIRST WIN!
it seems lando norris made a comeback in miami 😂
Luckily Norris finally got his first win
If Spa was only 1 or 2 laps then it would not count as a race. 3 laps means that they do not have to give any refunds. Its the only reason 3 laps were driven line astern behind the safety car
11:53 THOSE ARE NOT SLICKS!
This video's information as stated by others is absolutely wrong and misinformed in most cases, but I managed to make it this far through the video before giving up.
This race had so much more going on with the front runner cars damaged from a crash and weather too but the bit that really gets me is THE TYRES.
You literally get a close up look in the video of the pitting cars with slicks and even more closeup on Hamilton's intermediates... and a quick google will tell you it was the other way around.
This is so stupidly wrong.
2018 Canadian GP.
Celebrity/model Winnie Harlow waved the chequered flag one lap too early. She was ridiculed for the error but it turned out that the official in the starter's box had told her to wave the flag.
Wots with the black lines running in the footage for me it is unnecessary it's not a old movie in black and white from the 1920s so don't do it
* Spying on a rival team and being dumb enough to ask someone at a local shop to photocopy the stolen documents for you.
* Bertrand Gachot being unable to drive because he got sent to prison.
Lando Norris won his first F1 Grand Prix last weekend 👻👻👻
@4:38, Heidfeld's mistake could have been far worse... Look how close he got to hitting that marshal before he hit the medical car...
Video and TV quality in the 1990s was very good, so it's strange seeing the 90s footage so blurry with a silly filter on it making it look like it's supposed to be from the 1930s.
The lunatic was in Hockenheim in 2000.
I love how you cannot pronounce any of their names meaning you have never actually watched F1.
So these are the 'funniest' moments in Formula 1 history? The oldest clip only goes back to 1989. The sport has been going since 1950.......74 years!
Come on, don't be lazy, do some research for clips and don't rely on clickbait titles.
How are dangerous situations funny?
12:00 afaik Teams may not influence drivers in their decision in the formation lap. So it wasn't the team's decision to keep lewis out but Lewis' own decision
Great video guys
lewis obviously isnt with slicks on the pov cam...
what's about 2020 Sakhir GP, when Merc mixed-up Bottas and Russel tyres?
awesome video although might need to update the video... Lando won this last weekend in Miami 2024...
18:31 Rosberg is no fin so you don't say Rosber 🤣🤣
Most voice overs really annoy me,but, this one is educational so its ok in my opinion 😃🍺🇬🇧
4:11 now he won
1968 called, it wants it's first line back :-)
watch this, two days after norris' first win :D
13:59 Technically not a priest by that point.
11.45 Lewis is on intermediates, the others come out with slicks........what are you talking about?
Just a constant reminder of how one of the worst racers of all time is to this day considered one of the best, a mystery how they managed to force him into the top and still let him ride and be among the best even today.
5:05 no he didn't he clipped the door if he'd drove straight into the car it would have been way worse
5:40 medical car is Tatra T700
F1 has become boring. poor TV coverage plus follow the leader racing with minimal overtaking.
Yet another sport spoilt by big money
I don't know who's dumber about Hungary 2021, Mercedes/Hamilton or you...
On the warm-up lap for the restart after Bottas decided it was nice bowling weather, everyone noticed the track was too dry for intermediates so they all came in for slicks except for Hamilton.
So it wasn't Hamilton who was the only one slicks.
It was the other way around.
15:41 and now Massa is trying to sue the FIA for the 2008 Championship.
One of the stupidest moment happened in Baku 2020, with Hamilton. He was leading the race after a restart, with only few laps to go. But he forgot his "magic button", witch disengage the front brake, and missed the first corner. This dumb mistake made him drop at the end of the grid, lost the victory and he didn't scored any point. This eventually made him lost the championship, as he was even with Verstappen at the start of the last race of the season. Winning this race would have made a difference in the championship.
stop making excuses clown. Lewis claw back and won in the end. Thats what matters. Keep on thinking clownstappen title is legit. No it isnt!
2021. So dont blame Mikey no more 😂😂😂😂
I stopped watching F1 years ago when the "sport" went to 1 engine and 1 tire brand!
That thumbnail certainly wasn't "funny" for the driver...
First one's already BS
In Monza the slipstream or tow is a crucial element to a good laptime and no driver wanted to be the first of the pack since he'd be at an disadvantage compared to his competitors. so to avoid it, they played chicken with each other.
It was silly and stupid nonetheless yeah but for a whole different reason
Funniest moment with Gasly … what a shame.
At least there were few that I cared about. Nowadays F1 is as neutered as my dog is.
Wooo so many missing. Piquet, Copersucar's Fittipaldi, the french in F1, there were so many silly events in the 70s and 80s... Lewis takes the palm on this vid with the lot of stupid mistakes he made, the major one costing him a WDC.
this whole video is really about this Hamilton guy F ing up.
This is what humanity has come to. This guy would probably say Senna’s crash was funny, but why are you subscribing?!
Haha, Hamilton so many times as an idiot! I love that...
hear me out: 2020 bahrain gp was the funniest
PS: im joking im not a heartless moron
17:22 Albert Fabrega 😮
Dude, chill on the bass-boost... Worst is 100-150Hz.
