If you are learning vibrato for the first time or are working to improve it, sometimes you can go flat while you're sustaining it. Here are 3 steps and a vibrato exercise to help you stay on pitch as you sustain your vibrato.
I do go flat with my vibrato and the lower notes too 🤦🏻♀️
Your videos are so much helpful.
Thank you sir.
Lots of love❤ from India🇮🇳
Great! Thanks.
Thank you so much Chuck Gilmore!!
You are welcome, Jake!
Thanks Chuck
You are very welcome, Pepper.
2:37 i'm sorry but I think you're mistaking when you say it's up. AT 50% speed you can hear that the "vibrato" note is below the base line note.
at 2:45 you did not vibrato with the semi tone below , but you changed the base line tone.
A good exampel to hear is "over the rainbow" by judy garland at 50% speed, the vibrato note is always below and it's more natural. The high part of the vibrato which is the one with the higher intensity is the base line tone.
What I hope to convey is if, for example, you are singing alternating pitches c4 and d4 while producing the vibrato....even at 50% speed, the c4 is the baseline pitch heard. If during the alternating of pitches you dip below the c4, which is also your dominate pitch, the c4 or dominate pitch starts to go flat. In contrast, if your alternating spin between c4 and d4 stays consistent, the dominate pitch ...c4...will not go flat.
hi chuck i have a song on youtube call surely God is Able it a video i wont to know if iam singing in mix voice on this song

@@PowerToSing thank u for this
I could only dream of singing well and having a beautiful vibrato 🥹❤️. Unfortunately I can’t sing, and all my church friends can sing beautifully and I feel so left out because of my bad singing😞.
I’ll try and give this a go, but sometimes I feel other people are just gifted with a singing voice and some aren’t 🙁.
Yes...but you can do so much more than you realize. I used to feel the same way. Keep after it...don't be discouraged. It will come! These other videos may help too: ruclips.net/p/PLc6YT-50Ji8EzWKaWWpi5vNrQ2ZV3_0At&si=HUO-i8izCkSyKYle

Thank you lots for the encouragement ❤️🥹. I’m still trying to acclimatise my voice to the virbrato, it’s still flat annoyingly😬, But I’ll keep persisting and watching your virbrato videos 🙂.
@@Nirmal-qo8gw You can do it!
