    At the end of Nessun Dorma, Puccini wrote the high "B" as a sixteenth note followed by a whole note high "A." One can sing it as written or one can study this video and then hold that "B" as the orchestra pauses. and then the "A" as the music fills the room. I say: thrill the audience.

      I agree! Thrill the audience always!

      Um Thrill the audience but let’s sing Puccini as written. He knew what he wanted and was pretty good at what he did.

    I often realize that when transitioning to head voice I start to go in falsetto instead of doing a normal head voice. Sometime I’m able to do it normally but it’s often just plain falsetto. Am I doing something wrong?

    • @Victoria-Victorious
      @Victoria-Victorious  Год назад

      There is breathy falsetto (which is what you are probably experiencing) vs reinforced falsetto where the vocal folds close properly and is a stronger head voice. See my playlist on strengthening head voice.

    Hi, have no head voice at all now if I rest my voice for a few weeks, I can have her voice again but if I sing in my van and I completely lose my head voice and I’m not screaming, I’m using my muscles and trying to sing properly but I still lose it

    • @Victoria-Victorious

      Have you seen my playlist on Head Voice? Also, it sounds like you may be pushing and forcing your voice in your van, especially if your are driving.

      @@Victoria-Victorious thank you so much for replying to my message! How exciting I think you’re fantastic… I didn’t mean to say in my van I meant to say in my band I play rhythm guitar and sing and I completely have no head voice now if I don’t sing for a very long time, sometimes even a month I can actually hit the high notes but now I’ve only got basically bottom register, and some mixed I am older I’m 62 and singing for a long time but it’s a little bit depressing that I can’t even sing ooh ahhhh in a higher register
