    Pretty sweet little electric pump, this would be nice to keep in the shop or in the truck, but it's definitely too big for me to want to carry it on the trail. What I would be most interested in is if/how well it can seat a bead.

      @doublewhopper67 it should be able to if you follow this tubeless setup. ruclips.net/video/UPTESYXundY/видео.htmlsi=KA5ChhN61ie-2Tbv

    Pretty cool little pump. I recently swapped my tubeless presta valve stems over to schrader valve stems. So much easier... love it.

    Funny, we had a pump that looked a lot like that one, and failed after only using is a few time?! Decided to take it apart and see if it was fixable, only to find a 2200mAh battery pack in it, instead of the 6600mAh that was advertised. Hope you got the right battery in yours!

    My biggest question about powered pumps is always noise, so maybe that’s a challenge for some future reviewer. I totally get that is unlikely to be an issue in a bike shop setting. Thanks for all the other great details!

      It's an air pump they'll never be quite

    AstroAI now makes an even more compact unit. It doesn't have the ability to plug into a car cigarette outlet though. But, it might be better to put into a bike bag?

    I've got a couple of the Wal-Mart O2 tanks and hadn't thought about not having enough of the compressed air to fill a tire... yikes! I haven't had to use it as of yet....but it may make a decent thing to have in the car for those weather changes that will set off the TPS sensors....or even the guys that like to race their cars and have a quieter way to put air back in their tires without having to deal with the bigger air compressors.... cool tool!

    How does the battery hold up when not using it? Does it stay charged if you dont use it for a month or two?

    • @RunBikeMike
      @RunBikeMike  6 месяцев назад

      Definitely check it each month. Just to make sure it is charged. Nothing worse than needing it to work and the battery is dead.

      It is still working well. I use it about once to twice a month.

    None of these electronic pumps seem to be natively compatible with presta. Having to use an adapter is a real bummer. Kinda dealbreaker for me.
    Nice video though.

      Totally understand that. I wish they would make them with a universal head on them.
