Having raced & filmed here, I can confidently say that it just as much fun to drive as it looks. If you ever get the opportunity to be in the Netherlands, I highly recommend making a trip to this track, it's seriously worth it. Very different experience to the usual fast paced action of dry tracks, but extremely fun to learn & conquer!
I think this would be an excellent training tool. I didn't quite understand the pedal steering concept when you first explained it but on the ice it makes perfect sense because you're already expecting the steering wheel to not be very effective. It actually reminds me of driving a boat.
Hi cameron for the past couple of months i have been binge watching all your karting videos and they have inspired me to do karting they've helped me alot and i actually ended up getting a kart for christmas and im so excited to start racing Ty cameron i really look up to you.
Holy crap! I didn't know they have this in the Netherlands! It's quite close to where my sister-in-law lives. Definitely going there next time I visit.
You should come to Edmonton Alberta for some karting. We have indoor, outdoor, electric, gas and during winter we have Ice racing. There’s even a NASCAR track in nearby Wetaskawin.
I have been to this track like 6 months ago, and honestly, i can confirm, this is FUN AS FUCK. If you ever are able to visit this place and ride, you will not be glad you did!
Damn, I've driven this track a couple times myself but it has never been this slippery for me. Definitely did spin out and had some wall touches but had a lot more grip because I drove later in the day I suppose. Would love to drive the track with a smooth ice surface like you guys did. Makes it a LOT harder from what I can see.
Hey cam does would your karting handbook help a heavy driver? I'm just shy of 18 stone about 250lb in your money. I'm about 2s slower than the fastest laps at my local circuit and I'm carrying about 10 stone more weight than those drivers in the 34s.
It's super tough, especially if you've never done drifting before. You learn so much about your driving in low grip conditions, so I'd highly recommend it!
Can you please do more go karting with Bram! And if it's possible can you race him in owner karts (professional karts)!!! Or at least in rental karts, please see this 🙏
I’m actually going to add a lesson about this. It showcases a lot of the primary rotation techniques and concepts around slip angle which are harder to see in dry conditions.
Hello, a while ago I discovered the passion for car racing after a class in karting. I am 19 years old. Can I enter this field, car racing, especially Formula? Thanks for reading.
Still give you like for hard work and interesting content and usable tips. But in this video it was too obvious you both trying to show us cool fight on trek. But i wish to see your real power)
I honestly feel like this would be way more entertaining with all-wheel-drive karts, with somewhere around a 40/60 front/rear bias; just to give the kart some more turning power and help swing the front end around. would definitely help the understeer issues too. being that they’re electric i don’t see it being too difficult, but correct me if my lack of knowledge on karting vs car racing is wrong
I think you would need independent motors on the front tires to make that work. I've never heard of an AWD kart, but I'm curious if anyone has tried one!
I recently went to a k1 speed in Chicago thinking that i could go on the adult karts but even though I’m 4 11 I couldn’t and the kid carts were very inconsistent if anyone know a good karting place in Chicago please reply You have to be 4 10 to go on the adult karts

I loved the 3 dutch episodes. Really want to do this one before I move from NL to South East Asia this January
Thanks for the video!
Ice karting is a crazy idea 💀
Reminds me of some Mario kart ice stages
Having the better kart at the better track conditions was key to the fastest lap, nice video though!
This looks sooooo cool

Hi Cam, I got invited to Daytona Sandown’s race of champions and was wondering if you were going. Hope to see you there!
I have been to this track like 6 months ago, and honestly, i can confirm, this is FUN AS FUCK. If you ever are able to visit this place and ride, you will not be glad you did!

I think Cameron could easily win World Karting Championship if this is a level of their champions, lol.
cam! you should really try a warden law karting north east it's an amazing flow track in my hometown
Similar to what i race down in aus but i race in aus where 90% of the steering is whith the brakes and it’s on dirt
i've been waitinggggg for thissss lesgo

As an ice hockey player, this is awesome
Try to participate in top championships in rental karting, such as PIKC, GIKC, BRKC...
It’s really fun, I was there today and my fastest lap was 37,2 but that’s due to better ice I guess
front brakes and a hand brake would make the hugest difference on these

looks like a lot of fun. Also how hard is it at first to drive, and would you recommend it to a beginner

ICE BOAT RACING
It was not a close race it was a pro trying to make you believe you were catching :D
Was this the first race ever from you to not complaining kart is lacking power?😂
It was obvious the karter was just toying with you
Bruh this is literally Trackmania 😂
Your skill really depends from kart to kart, when I raced there there was so much difference from kart to kart.
ice boat racing irl
