It is a Progressive Web App so you can use it in the browser or install on your device.
The app works with:
- Windows and MacOS laptops in Chrome
- Android
- Chromebooks

It is not available in Google Play, you can install it from the browser, simply open the page on your phone, go to page settings and click INSTALL APP. More info here: cardboard.lofirobot.com/microbit-control-app-info/

what if it is not bluetooth connect then how do u connect to the micro bit

Please specify, do you mean that the app does not detect your microbit? Try changing project settings in makecode for JUST WORKS
