Its the bodily sensations for me. I cant figure out how to NOT panic over every one... I do notice them then i obsess over it and live there till a NEW thing comes along. This is a great video for me... so much work to do
Does this apply to physical sensations as well (dizzy, unsteadiness)? I know you say a lot about thoughts, but would this apply to symptoms as well? Do we treat them the same way as we would our thoughts?
