I'm 71. Feeling old, humdrum, tired. I needed SOMEthing to perk me up. Then I saw this short workout video and boy did it do the trick! So easy to follow yet great fun. And to see your beautiful smiles and positive and fun words made me feel so lifted! Thank you and now I can start my day on a different footing.
Its hard to believe I watched Denise Austin for alot of years and I have to write this about her and her daughters FOREVER YOUNG *especially Denise*❤
