@farleysmoke5130 now c1911 is discontinued , a sig 1911 or Swiss arms is a better fit .Andy would not review the we the people edition even though he PRESENTLY has an FAC , and wouldn't either way being a BBC type , eco Marxist type
I don't care what anyone says I have a Crossman vital shot.22 with a Nikko Stirling scope took me some work I've got it zeroed bout 60 metre give or take. Very happy for budget air rifle fun.
I will buy one when they bring out the pellet version ! Ok I lied I will also buy BB version as soon as I may find one here in Canada . Thanks again Andy for a super review .
I’m sure you may probably know this already but most Umarex 1911s that aren’t the WW2 or 70s era (basically the ones that have the rear sight welded onto the gun) have removable rear sight for mini red dots/rmr. It can be tricky to find the right base plate for them but they do exist. I have red dots on a lot of mine without those old over rails which I find way to high.
Hello Andy. I’ve written you a poem for this one. The Umarex BlaMer, a piece of junk, Its aim is off, the trigger’s clunk, A gun that’s cheap, a waste of cash, May fall apart with the lightest clash. Rubbish build, it won’t shoot straight, Could jam and quit before it’s late, Save your money, don’t be misled, This BlaMer’s just for being fooled.
Thank you.....I haven't watched any airgun reviews of any sort in quite some time... Due to health issues I've drifted away from my airgun enthusiasm....You just may have rekindled my interest and I may re-visit my collection , if only just to fondle some of them , lol .....John (west coast, Can.)
Anyone on the fence about this pistol. It is a fantastic pistol that you want to just plink with and not really care about. Also a good gun to get the kids and grandkids interested and great because it’s really not too heavy at all
Yup. For someone who doesn't necessarily want firearm branding on their replicas - the UX range is a good choice. Being "budget" surely ain't bad. Many "UX" models by Umarex are just fantastic - as the UX SA-10 blowback pellet pistol. And this 1911 surely wouldn't be a bad choice if wanna go the full blowback BB route..
I have had a "Tanfoglio witness 1911" for some years now. It's made by KWC Taiwan. It's a full metal gbb replica of a 2nd generation 1911. It's got a free battlefield look to it now. It's very reliable and being fully strippable relatively easy to maintain. On a tangent I bought a Nagant revolver for my wife. It's such a good replica that it's now mine. I traded it for some jewellery. Only put about 23 pellets through it but it's lovely. I'd easily trade the big old Dan Wesson for another Nagant. I digress. This particular version of the 1911 is distracting me. The purists would maybe allow a polymer frame but the slide... Not sure. That being said I have an airsoft TM Glock 26 {bought over 20 years ago) that despite being all plastic is still a fantastic little gun. I've looked at "upgrading" it with a metal barrel and slide but to be honest I think that would downgrade it's original out of the box performance. I'm a bit too old now to go out running around and getting shot but sometimes, if you're on a budget you just have to bite the bullet. Dad joke, just so you know. Airguns are a great hobby and with any great hobby comes great responsibility. Even though I'm in my late 50's I still need adult supervision.
Looks like something you can give to your kids so they can have some fun while you supervise them. At under 2J there should be no issues of any BBs coming back too hard either.
On a recent camping holiday, my friend managed to survive a Grizzly Bear attack using nothing but one of these pistols. Unfortunately his wife, who was shot in both knees, was not so lucky 🤣
I've bought my son a UX python revolver for Xmas ( hope he doesn't read this🤫) and it feels very well built and should shred many cans in the future . Oh dear that means I'll have to drink the beer so he can have the cans 😂😂😂😂
I had the price to be around £75 max. far more pistols available cheaper than this. in metal, pellet or bb. I dont think personally £130 is budget for this 😳
hi Andy, that price is a little, but not much, higher than the Gamo C-15 where the Gamo is heavier but has a better feel (i would think? your thoughts on this?) it also has a higher FPS but ok its not all about FPS is it? The Gamo is also "duel fuel" as they say, but again each to their own. Keep up the good work pal.
Thanks Andy for a fine vid! In GB, what is the pistol power limit? Seems like 6 joules comes to mind…..I’m your age……..you know how the memory thing goes, lol 😢
Hi Andy. Could you explain what is required to fit a red dot to this pistol so as not to impede the slide. I'm new to air guns so please excuse the ignorance.
Hello Andy, can you recommend any bb pistols(co2 or gbb) with an ambidextrous slide? I noticed the HK vp9 and Sig X carry but I was wondering if there are any other models? Thank you
Hi Andy, love your reviews, looking at a small pistol and seen your reviews on the Umarex UX Blamer and H&K USP. Which would be your fav ? or would you choose another pistol for max £150 ish. thanks
What's best replica pistol i cwn buy thats not silly money and actually accurate please? Just ordered a smk victory CP2 n kit but want some real looking tots everything seem to be really under power prefer pellets along looking at the A10 not kean on the golld though really like the m.92fs but its expensive also States it's 3.2lbft looks the most teal from what ive seen
I don't think my collection will be complete without a 1911. But then I don't think my collection will ever be complete :-)
I feel that 😂

I enjoy trying to guess the price of the guns featured in your videos, thanks for saving that information until the end.
Enjoyed watching this, as always. Even though it isn't my sort of thing.

Another cracking video review 🎉
Hi there I’m from California
Nuff said 😅
Morning one and all
No just wearing a black shirt.
That's actually a 2011 style pistol.
2011 lowers have a frame half and a grip half. this is a 1911 since the frame and the grip is one piece of metal.
HOW MUCH! - i was waiting to hear around £65 or so - £130,,,,,,,, Dream on!
Yeah, £130 for a gbb is "budget" now? And it's polymer lmao.
I had the price to be around £75 max. far more pistols available cheaper than this. in metal, pellet or bb. I dont think personally £130 is budget for this 😳
Exactly my sentiment, that's crazy high for a polymer pistol
Crossman c1911 GI 450 fps more metal and not so endorsed by Andy
@@dudeyfeb88coach yep - £69 from my local gunshop.👍

Think its one to add to the colkection
Should make a full power with rifled barrel
I would just get a KWC or Swiss arms 1911, it's the same price and all metal.
Please review umarex t4e hdx 68 I can't find a good one in the UK
Is the red dot bracket included?
