I have been yoyoing for ten years and I still get stuck or throw knots in when I hit a triangle how do I get out of it without this issue? It always stumps me

You should be able to get out of the gt by popping the yoyo out towards you, to help reject it move your hands away from you.. hope it helps, let me know
