  • Part 8: ManUNkind
After covering the entire Death Magnetic album I figured out it would be fun to sort of pay tribute to Rob Trujillo and his underrated (and still ongoing) stint as a bassist for Metallica.
Many people cover Jason's era songs, even more people cover Cliff's era songs. But not many people care about Rob's playing and it's a shame. So we're fixing that!
I've recorded all 12 tracks in a one, 3-hour long session. The further I went into the album the harder it was to properly concentrate, so if you see any mistakes in the video... I really don't care!
Just enjoy the album! I know I have.
    Tabs (GP + PDF): drive.google.c...
The song is from Metallica's tenth studio album - Hardwired... To Self-Destruct, released in 2016.

Killer cover! This has got to be one of Hetfield’s dumbest titles but a pretty cool song overall!

Cool intro but such a bad song. Sounds like metallica channeling green day.

I agree that the song is weak as hell, but in terms of playing it it's more fun than half of the album
