In this LIVE I use spray bottles! Not a traditional way of applying paints to the water. This method gives the coolest effect! Creating one of a kind silk scarves with painting on water. I use artist, quality, acrylics, heavy body, and slowly add water, just enough to get the paints to float. Typically part paint to three parts water.
